Submitted at the last minute a incomplete [PH] Flyback Signa, left out FX that's meant to be sound waves and forward angled energy from capacitors, and this is my first ever sculpt besides a hard surfacer model for a syadana and my Dojo EVAs. Gonna see if I can finish this and edit it in later. A flyback is TV transformer that powers the cathode ray tube and deflection coils (would make a good Techrot weapon).

Caliban is a literal kitbash of a Warframe and a Sentient, moreso than Chroma, who's the 'backwards' version of that (Sentient pelt on Warframe), or Revenant which is more 'warped by Sentient-haunted water'. Wonder what power we can subsume off him though.

Infested armour isn't meant to precisely resemble what it's trying to imitate; consider having the left shoulder be a bit more 'developed' or 'grown' in terms of armour, as Infested are seldom symmetrical unless very carefully tailored into such a state.

As much as I love some good asymmetry, they're right, every infested set is already asymmetrical. Variety is the spice of life after all. Plus, if you're looking to make it kind of infested-samurai styled, I'm pretty sure samurai typically had more symmetrical armor.

Maybe it's because I'm a loser who's playing on switch, but there are next to no infested armor sets besides the embolist, which is fairly symmetrical, save for the aim shoulder so it's not in the way of aiming

And the protophasid(?), which is just a single shoulder piece

I would LOVE more infested variety, because currently the best I got is some squiggly boys on me ankles and a head that doesn't colour very well

Was using the Synoid Heliocor for a bit and thought a flcl skin could be fun. had some difficulty trying to figure out how to proportion it due to the varied model styles of existing skins but I think I have the general idea down. I think it is ultimately fine to work on whatever you like, just do not burn yourself out on any one thing. My Sevagoth helmet was pretty much a trash fire, but sometimes you only get ideas by pushing your sculpt around long enough. I also had amazing help from a lot of tennogen guys, so It made working on my stuff exiting for me personally.

And Cobalt is just great. Crackle was also a huge help. I think sometimes it is just hard to find direction in Warframe's style, it is very specific.

yes, Lubox, there is a lot of reference of Warframe style to draw inspiration from. But that does not necessarily mean direction for an object in your head to match the style is an easy feat to pull off. It takes a bit to get used to.

I think the silhouette is abit too close to the original helmet, it has these 2 spike shapes protruding from the forehead and chin like the original and the seperate tint area on the face aswell. DE really wants helmets that stand out from the default. Rather than pulling shapes out from the front or back to create a long helmet, you can try places like the sides, so that it looks more interesting upfront. I do like the teeth like details on the jaw however. Overall a good start, the concept art feels like tenno.

You might have mixed characterisation and design together, they are not really the same. If you look at sevagoth alt lucifuge helmet, you can see that it is totally different and doesn't share the same silhouette at all. It however still fits the character.
