Voruna's Shroud of Dynar movement speed boost is movement speed. It should compound upon the parkour velocity but isn't strictly parkour velocity itself, so it'll be more noticable as sprint speed than bullet jumps.

Bit of advice, there's a booster at the bottom of the elevator that has a strength which scales with the elevator's height. So if you fall and can't get back up, just perform a ground slam to the bottom, find that pad, jump on it, and aim down your sights (it'll make you hit the ceiling in like 4s)

You'll learn a lot by just playing the game really. Especially if you focus on completing the junctions to travel between planets. They tend to railroad your progress quite simply.

You progress by doing things that make you happy. You can start with unlocking the whole star chart and then its up to you because by that point you will find something you like whether its collecting things, helping other tenno, fashion framing etc.

One thing I will say having played wow is that warframe is not like your typical rpg where you rely heavily on your character identity. Its more like rainbowsix siege.

My faves are frames with extra abilities and extended kits that let you strategically use them. Like I'm still gonna be lazy sometimes and use the Felarx, or slam melee, etc, but most of the time I enjoy the weird stuff
