So Russia, Belarus and China can use Adobe products, but not Firefly. The other countries are subject to an embargo from the US government, and since Adobe is an American company, have to comply with this.

Colors, tones, and micro textures. Skin blemishes. I'd like to know how to make the map look like FC's color texture. Obviously, hair and teeth need to be copied, so those are excluded.

Assuming the one you want to replicate is the one on the right, I would say: Exagerated texture (sort of "ugly" dragan effect. You can look-up Dragan effect on Google and you'll get some tutorials) , exagerated red colour and saturation: with possibly target areas so you'll need to mask those adjustment layers (increase contrast with a level or curves adjustment layer and increase saturation and change colour with the Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
Blemishes will have to be drawn by hand or copy/pasted from a reference photo. You can, however take cues from tutorials that show you how to turn someone into a ghoul or something and adapt to your needs

I'd say retouching everything using the clone tool or similar (smoothing skin) using the same adjustment layers as above, but in reverse (Toning down the exagerated colour and contrast)

There are some automated technique to smooth skin that generally look a bit crap on real humans but that could work here. You have some auto smoothing filters in the "neural filters" in the filter menu

There is a dedicated "portrait" filter there)

The blemishes are quite prominent though, so I'm sure you'll have to deal with that by hand.

Because the file/canvas has exceeded the allowable size for PSD.

Photoshop saves as PSB (Photoshop Big) because the file is too large for the standard PSD (Photoshop Document) format, which has a file size limit of 2 GB and a maximum pixel dimension of 30,000 x 30,000 pixels.

I'd personally recommend keeping a stock layout - simply for the reason if you're troubleshooting something or learning a new processing routine, odds are, whoever you're learning it from has a stock layout. Ok, cool. - The problem is that the 'TRESHOLD' thing you use only really works if you have a black and white in the image. So you need to accommodate for that first...

So the Threshold adjustment in Photoshop converts your image into pure black and white, with no grey tones. It’s a binary (two-colour) transformation — every pixel becomes either black or white depending on its brightness level relative to a specific threshold value you set.

Each pixel in an image has a luminance value (brightness) between 0 (pure black) and 255 (pure white).
When you apply a Threshold adjustment, you set a cut-off value (for example, 128).
That's the slider you see.
Pixels brighter than 128 become white.

Does Anyone have knowledge on Streaming banners?
I was able to get a template for YouTube which showed exactly what the person would see on (TV, mobile, PC) so it was very easy to create banner.
I'm now trying to do my kick, but it's not making sense. I'm trying to do the first Banner, which is known as an online banner (the small one)
And it's giving 2 different sizes, which both don't work.
On Kick, when you click on online banner it says to do your size (1200x134) but then if you ask online it says to do it by (1280x700)
Clearly the 1200x134 looks more like what you would need for size, so I'm confused why it has two sizes, when the bigger size doesn't even look close - and yes I also did aspect radio.
I would assume anyone who has done this knows what I'm talking about - Also, I did do the banner in the smaller size one, and it still didn't show up on my profile as I made it.
So, it's just extremely confusing - Can someone with Banner knowledge help me with this please!

I don't really have an idea of what you are talking about, but know that sometimes banners sizes for social media or different platform generally cover the possibilities offered by mobile/desktop on responsive designs.
That means that sometimes they ask for a very elongated banner, only to showcase the centre when viewed on a mobile (making the banner more "square") and showing the whole of it on a desktop (elongated)
Also if you google it, and even worse now we are given AI summaries that trumps the acual resulst - you may find older answers because those dimensions change over time, meaning that not everything is up to date (even in the official documentation: ie Facebook)

What I usually do is go to the platform, choose a random account there with a banner that looks great, and right click> "open image in a new tab" and save it from there. You're likely to have a better idea of the size they ask.

You can also use the image you just saved as a template

But the elongated banner is typically so it can accomodate different screen sizes

It's really super common, but sometimes when you ask, people will give the size that looks OK for mobile because it's how those platforms are consumed nowadays

It's also possible that your template isn't up to date with newer sizes (Platforms sometimes change their requirements - which rightfully enrages everyone)

Actually the main diffference between Photoshop and Photoshop Beta is the introduction partner AImodels like Gemini 2.5 Flash (Nano Banana) and FLUX Kontex Pro.
But each release comes with a "what's new" message... New Features in Beta are not released in regular Photoshop version yet.
Finally, I'm not sure there is a “fixed” frequency for Photoshop updates.... I never wrote down the dates, but I would say at least six times a year, maybe more.

I see them as simple shapes (silhouettes) filled with white and with a glow added: the glow is a layereffect.

The best way to achieve a silhouette like that is to simply cut them out from an existing image, by selecting them (you can use the pen tool) and then create a new layer, with the selection active, then fill the selection with white.

Last year's was 5th year's Fresco anniversary.
It was in Beta before that. Works on an Ipad, Windows tablets and Windows Desktop. Its direct competitor is Procreate, but does vector based drawing as well as raster, while Procreate only does raster (and has a limited amount of layers)
Fresco is entirely free. It works with the same brushes as Photoshop, in fact, Fresco native file format is .psdc (PSD for the cloud)
Fresco is very good for doing frame by frame illustration.

But there are lots of professional illustrators now on the market for Ipad based apps that there's no incentives to make it an app for kids and hobbyists. I don't think so but I don't know. I imagine that you upload your images to Adobe, it processes and trains the model in the cloud and then you can generate images based on the Firefly model + your custom LoRA. This is my speculation based on my knowledge of AI/ML work and training my own LoRAs.

you can do it by grouping all the layers where the effect, or adjustment layer needs to apply.
And do like you wre tryinmg to do basically (failing that, you can select all those layers, and convert them to a smart layer (right click in the layers panel)

You can also group them, place the adjustment layer on top of those layers in the group, and change the blending mode of the group from "passthrough" to "normal". It should normally do it as well

You can enter the Smart Object and try changing the size/resolution but I think when you exit, your Liquify changes are still bound to the same X, Y coords as when you made them. I haven't tried that. I would upscale the image first and then add those sorts of filters. Same with Camera Raw. If you create masks at a certain size and then decide later that you want to change the size, the masks will all be mis-aligned.

Even if somebody paid me to do it, I'm not sure I could do it effectively. Everything can be easily doctored up. Unless someone is going to give subpoena power to get the actual logs and emails from Paypal, you'll never really know. heh
