This is called cyberpunk mecha art, a complex and futuristic design style with robotic and neon elements. It's not easy to create and needs advanced skills, so hiring a professional designer is the best option. I’ve worked on similar projects before and understand the effort it takes.

The first step would be to learn compositing and working with layers in Photoshop. Layers, Layer Masks, etc. This seems more like a "collage" than any type of coherent design. Its a lot of sliding things around haphazardly until you arrive at something like this.

Its really rather messy. Impossible to read the text. Its not something you can "practice" at. Unless you can practice "organized chaos."

If you want to start making something like this, create the lettering first. Just as black text on a white background

Then you use things like Transform > Warp... and Liquify to move the text around and warp it like that.

Its a Filter in Photoshop. I think you would benefit from doing some of the Starter Tutorials that Adobe provides with the app. They can help you to get familiar with the basic tools, techniques and workflows.

Yeah, like Humann mentions you have to have a good foundation of things like masking, warping etc. You probably want to look up tutorials for compositions and look up specific tutorials in the style you want to go for. That pic makes me think of the keywords graphiti, linguini and cyberpunk.

Not without loosing pixel and make composition choice...
Changing ratio with "image/image size" gives you weird result if you unlink Width and Height.
You can use crop tool, set it to the desired ratio (or pixel dimension) and crop... But you'll have to make choice on parts of the image you'll keep/loose.

I would leary doing that anyway. I'm sure many of the desktop features, Smart Object Layers, filters are not going to be supported. Thus, you'd likely be painting over a flattened version of the layer or whatever.

Hey, I’ve got little to no experience with Photoshop on mobile, but I’m curious—how difficult would it be to remove everything from a photo except for a few specific objects (like in this case, the three boomerangs)? I ask because I regularly sell random items and often do price checks using quick, unedited photos. In some cases—especially for items in the €10–50 range—cleaning up a photo like that would be enough to use it directly for an ad. Just wondering if this kind of cleanup becomes easier once you get the hang of it. And how long does it take +/- once u got a little skill

Doing any edits on the phone app is going to be more difficult than desktop. But practice does help. You'll likely need to continually do it until you get the hang of it.

The app/web versions are probably going to be more difficult to do finer edits. Possible but not as complete or thorough as doing it with Photoshop on the Desktop.

Working on a tiny screen just doesn't give you the same type of control over the image. Pinching zooming in and out is a hassle. Plus, the Layer Masking and refinement tools just aren't as good as Desktop. Different animals. :)

I don't want to slam the mobile apps but if I had to do this with quality (sitting on the sofa) I would just do on a laptop with the full Photoshop app. All the tools are there.

Phone is probably fine for mock-ups... quality: don't care... bad image to begin with. That sort of thing.

Still takes some learning the basic tools, techniques and workflows.

Running it through Camera Raw (Filters/Camera Raw) is a great way to enhance photos. You don't have to be an expert, just manipulate the sliders and keep it where you like it most. To do it non-destructively apply "Convert to Smart Filters" on the Filter menu. That also makes it easy way to see before and after too.
And as long as you have the Beta downloaded, it hasn't ever been easier to put an item in a different setting. Place item in desired setting/Remove Background Button for item/Harmonize Button. At the very least it gives you a very solid head start. And for product photos I'd call it more than adequate.

That's a pretty vague description of what you're looking for... Since you seem to be looking for more advanced courses, you should be more specific... There are so many different techniques/styles/types of work that can be done with Photoshop.
Note: Advanced techniques that require time to teach properly are rarely free... Teachers also have to pay their taxes.

Have you tried to mute channels to see if you can shut them up?

We've checked and it's not coming from the mods or the admins

I would start with channels you don't frequent often, mute them, and add new channels until you find the culprit

The pings disappear from whatever channel they're being sent from as soon as you access the server again (I am also having this exact same problem) so muting individual channels isn't exactly feasible unless we're able to tell what channel the pings are coming from.

My suspicion is that someone (or something) is managing to either ping myself and/or mimsy directly and then immediately deleting it, or they're somehow pinging a role we share and then nuking the message as soon as it's sent.

Photopea doesn’t save real Photoshop 3D text , it turns it into flat effects. When you open the PSD in Photoshop, the 3D part is gone. To keep real 3D, make it directly in Photoshop...

You could also try a simple copy and paste (select layers in AI, copy, paste in PS, it will ask you the question of how you'd like them pasted, in the list select "layers" and you're done!

It's not coming from the server, it's not us. Somebody, or a bot, plays with a selection of people to enrage them. There have been complains, but we cannot act until we know who it is. The only way we found would be for people experiencing it, to allow email notifications so that the author of the ping is showing in the email. Obviously, just temporarily. Me, and the vast majority of users on this platform aren't seeing this. That's why we can't do anything. There is a jerk (or multiple jerks) playing with people's sanity on this server, but it's not coming from us. Thanks!

You would know if you installed it. It has a different icon as well. "Ps on a white background with a blue grid" - You can get it from the Creative Cloud app.

There might be a way without a plugin but I think it would require quite a bit of effort and possibly some scripting. Just install the Beta app.

The Filter in the Beta makes it simple.

Users will be able to see their account’s standing with Discord by heading into your User Settings > My Account > Standing. For most users, they will see that they’re all good, and not much else.
