So if you don't have a current GPU and current drivers for it, then perhaps you need that old version. There is a function in the old version that provides support for OpenGL rendering. The new versions do not.

Also, did you try what was in the “learn how to fix” button?

In the brush settings, you can select to rotate the brush with the direction of the movement, give it some jitter, if you have a spécial Wacom pen that records the rotation, it does work too, and there are keyboard shortcuts for the tip rotation.

I updated to the newest ps and it removed the "remove background" option on the quickbar. FINALLY found the option and then when I pressed it, it got rid of half of the picture. Really is messing with my workflow. I went back to the last update.

I am not colorblind, but think you should tweak the design, as I can barely decipher a number. Do you know that there are colorblindness previews built-in? View > Proof Setup > Color Blindness

Have you tried the remove tool? It's availble under the healing brush tool.
Personnally I would think a small healing brush should do. Of course you need to do in little brush strokes (more or less the size of each drop), not a big one like you are trying to replaster a wall 🙂

Yes once you have cut out the picture just go to layers and move it under the frame then drag it under the frame into position and you can use camera raw to get the color quality you want

Not on the top of my head, but honestly, it should take about 1/2 a second to draw it yourself (which is probably what have been done in the first place)
either directly in Photoshop, or with a small felt pen and a piece of paper, and either scanned or a photograph taken of it if you don't have a scanner.

There is no significant difference between Lightrom and ACR, for the "develop" side of things (grading and retouching)
What Lightroom does on top is that it allows the management of the files, alongside sorting, tagging, and even publishing those images. I think LrC still qualifies as an asset management software, and retouching/grading is still an important part of it, but maybe an important side task.

The main difference you need to take into account is the fact that in LrC, your images will live in a catalog, instad of being saved physically as retouched copies of your file.
In ACR/photoshop, your images are saved as a .PSD, in LrC, the images contain their retouching, /grading settings as Metadata, in the same way as your copyright is in the Metadata.

Hi, if you retouch he final images in photoshop, yes, PSD is the solution, but you can use camera raw and bridge, and keep the edits as XMP next to the raw files and only export to whichever format when needed.

If I was ever going to have any blind prejudice about any group of people (I wouldn't actually), it would be about the people who ask for something and claim it's easy or it will be quick. Hi, quite often, this happens because you created an image with the wrong image unit. A 1920 inches by 1080 inches image is 300 times bigger in each dimension than in pixels if you are at 300 ppi. But as your screenshot is cropped, we cannot tell certainly.

blinking, eyebrow movement, or shrugging Adobe Character Animator is your best bet. It lets you rig your cartoon and animate it with face and body tracking, or even manually. If your image is layered (like a PSD file), it works even better. Adobe Express is more for simple motion effects, not detailed character animation.

Character animator seems more like a program for putting your voice to one of the available puppets, not for opening a PNG file and have it AI design an animated character from it.

The problem is that you can't really "invent" pixel resolution that wasn't there before. You can try various things but if there isn't available pixel rez and detail, you're just enhancing blur. Some AI will claim to do that but its just guessing. And often not accurate.

how do you improve and get the look sharper on a very very low res image?

That is a challenge. If this is an internet image then you may able find a larger one.

First thing you can do 1) Go to “Image Size” and change resolution from 72 to 300

2. could try changing the Channels to 16-bit. By going to Edit>Mode>16bit/Channel

These are slight adjustments to help clear it up.

The functions are called differently. Try the (live) adjustment layers at the bottom of the layer panel. Or use the (destructive) equivalents in the menu: Image -> Adjustments

Sharpness and blurring are controlled via the filter menu. (However, both can also be applied directly in the document using the corresponding tools).

Combinations of different adjustments can also be controlled centrally via the Camera RAW filter (in the same menu).

Personally, I would probably build the whole thing in Illustrator. But with a little more effort and a few vector shapes, you can certainly design it well in Photoshop.

In Photoshop try the triangle tool as shape. Duplicate it, rotate it by 180° and move it.
Duplicate both shapes and move it. Press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+T to repeat the transformation and create duplicates as often as needed

I’d start with a gradient blue background, then add light streaks using the Pen Tool and Motion Blur. For the PS5 and controller, I'd either use high-res PNGs or recreate the lighting/shadow with layer styles and soft brushes. It's all about layering and light effects to get that glow!
