So the photo and where it seems like you want this pasted aren't the same proportion/aspect ratio...

If you want it to occupy the same amount of space, it either needs to be cropped (recommended) or disproportionately scaled (i.e. squashed, not recommended)

tbh there's not much you can do, maybe make the overall graphics bigger? But you do need to add size and other usual tag information

Are these files copied from a Mac to a Windows computer? Then they are probably dummy files. In this case, you will find PNGs with the same name without ‘._’ at the beginning of the file name. These are then the ‘real’ files.

oh they seemed to be numbered differently but yeah those are Mac files I guess they come like that when I get an image package, but I thought Mac & PC could read most file formats with no issues?

A PC interprets the header files from the Mac differently. There is then always a (correct) file and a ‘._’ file. The latter can be deleted by you without any effect. It is useless.

Anyone else tired of this? This started happening in the beta several months ago. It rejected about 90% of my images that showed bare midriff. I reported it about half of the time saying it rendered the ai into junk if there's a FEMALE present in the picture that's not fully covered in a robe. I'm 48 years old. so I'm not child porn. It's one thing when it's beta, but now it's in the general release, and I can rarely use the ai. This image is more "risqué" since it shows my bralet, oh the horror, but I've had far more tame images that only showed my arms, and were rejected. This should not be in the main release. IT WAS NOT READY, but all my messages for MONTHS were ignored. So no one should say that bugs should be reported through the app, because NO ONE IS LISTENING. Can someone tell me where in the guidelines does it say that you're not allowed to be a woman using ai, because at this point, that's all it is. Is AI just used for generating pictures of bugs and sci-fi building for the stock site? Oh, and the attached image came out of the beta. I was getting it rejected out of the gates in the general release, so I opened it in beta. It generated one set of backgrounds, and then popped up with the same error. It doesn't matter what version, it's all useless if there's a girl in the picture.

It's the same if the midriff is of a man (I tried). GenAi rules have a problem with skin.
I can understand it in a way, but it seems very US centered, as in overly modesty driven. But as I say, I can uderstand that. The computer doesn't know if you're a child or not (believe it or not GenAI doesn't "think", it's not skynet yet)
So it's braces and belt approach that might hinder the workflow, but I think as artists we always had to by-pass society's boundaries, and it won't stop with AI.
People who intend to break the law do it with specialist software that contain their own (private) data pool. There is a big case in the UK about a guy who sold AI generated child abuse images from other offenders' own images using that kind of stuff. (And of course it's illegal and of course he's likely to end up in jail until he's very old). That doesn't mean less clevel people will not try it within Photoshop, so as a company, Adobe needs to cover itself.

Adobe doesn't know what your intentions are, nor do they know if what you do is legal or not, that's why there are a few things that are built in so it's not liable: The easiest are recognising skin and flagging it, one of the other example that comes to mind (and predates GenAI by a long shot) is the inability to scan and tweak bills (as in money). I haven't tried the latter in a while, but even in the olden days of Photoshop, you got a warning when you had an image of a bill displayed.

Also some companies might allow this, but remember that Adobe made the wow for their GenAI to be ethical, so that comes with some caveat, like not scrapping the internet nilly willy for other artists' work when it's still copyrighted (and I'm grateful for that)

You could generate a background with a fully clothed you and replace the fully clothed versionby a midriff showing version afterwards. That should work.

Photoshop's ai USED to have no problem with any image I threw at it (within the confines of the rules, of course). My bf (an owner of a tech company now having to deal with ai EVERYTHING in his security) and I were talking about this earlier. We agreed that companies are pushing too hard to roll out their ai, but the technology isn't good enough, and it's kind of a mess. All these companies are claiming the wonders of ai, pushing it to the forefront of all the products, and boasting about it's greatness, but how great actually is it if it can't even distinguish an adult from a child. I know computers can't "think" - I'm a tech person myself, not just a photoshop artist - but the people programming and training the ai should pay more attention to the audience. A massive portion of Photoshop's users are portrait photographers. Portraits have skin. Whoa. Violence, racism, exploitation of children...I think these things are pretty obvious in their intent, and were already taken into consideration with the old model. Wasn't there a Firefly demonstration where they used it to put clothing on a woman in her underwear? So it was fine at one point. "SKIN BAD" is incredibly stupid, and claiming it's just a failsafe is a thinly veiled lazy excuse for rolling out a product too quickly. They wanted to get 2025 out asap, and that meant rolling out the bugs with it as well. It's pretty obvious that's what happened here, and I feel like no amount of reporting it will do anything. At this point, joining in the hoards of other photographers who are really fed up and feel betrayed, and putting it on blast on social media is the only way to see any change.

Also, I've long since tried tricking it by color blocking sections of my body, and it still didn't work. I'm not sure why. Maybe the pose, or that maybe it "thinks" I look like a child. I do look young for my age, but not THAT young! The whole point of using AI is for my workflow. If I have to take extra photos, paint clothes on my body, etc, then that eliminates the entire point. I'm REALLY good at swapping backgrounds on my images, but blending is time consuming. I don't mind doing this for serious work, but for my social media content, the ai is perfect for my needs to bang out a bunch of images. It changed the game for the quality of my content, but now that's come to a near stand-still. I take photos 4 days a week, and I have a backlog piling up. The only option is to just use different software. After 25 years, that's rough.

just create a new layer with "Linear dodge (Add)" blending mode and paint your glow with a soft brush tool with low flow

Hard to read because you need more contrast in colors.
When it is about text, go with white or black (near black).

In the past, I used the healing brush a lot. Now I use the remove tool for many tasks that I used to use the healing brush for.

Add textures, rectangles, circles, triangles and so on in background with low opacity, to make it more interesting.
Put it all in the middle, with bigger Font, or left but bigger font, because you do not have much details about it.
Red color is crying for white text, that color is not very saturated, if you want to go for lively colors you would have to pick it sharper.
If you want glows, lights, you would go with dark red, because you can't have lights over lights.

Make half of card red, half yellow, user white on red and black text on yellow

It will come with experience...

Something that I recommend for legibility is that you put a black and white adjustment layer on top, or check the colour combo in adobe color
(accesibility tools)

you get a contrast analyser there and without even trying, I can say the contrast is too low

Let's check that

1st import the design

So there's a pass for big text but not for small text. But it's not taking into account your font that is by essence difficult to read. It doesn't help

the aim to convert it into black and white is to remove all colours (#who'dhavethunkt ? 🙂 ) so you can more clearly see the contrast.
As you can see it's not great. (I used the Hue/Saturationadjustment layer here as it's easier to get a straight answer)

I would say, whenever you want to keep that font: Make it bigger. For smaller text, take a more readable font (something "round" so the pairing makes sense)
If you can change one of the colours, I would suggest the yellow being lighter. You can play in the contrast checker in the Adobe color tool to see a colour scheme where the constrast ratio is better

For anything concerning textures etc. It's a good idea, as long as your text is 100% readable, as you need the greatest readibility possible and any background texture have to be applied with caution in that regards. Also keep in mind that light textures might not print extremely well, unless you get them printed in high quality, using thick stock.
