You could simply use the healing brush but if you want to make it really good, you can search online for "frequency separation".
It's actually a techmique where you can separate the texture element of an image, to it's colour.
So here for example you would get a texture layer that you will be abale to work on (with the healing brush or whatever you want) and it would only touch the fabric texture, not the colours

Now, it's a bit fiddly to explian so I won't delve into that, just do a bit of research...

It's difficult to explain with words really, but is there a particular thing you are struggling with?
The pen tool is something most people don't "get" until they get it. By that I mean you need patience. And doing some exercises helps

You need to learn the shortcuts: ALT, SHIFT and CONTROL as well as undertanding how Bezier curves work

You can use a clipping mask.
Basically you place the image you want on top of the layer of your country in the layer stak, then apply a clipping mask to that last layer. It will be constrained to the image of your country.
The layer of the country area needs to be either masked (with the outside of the country masked) or be transparent.

There is no tool that chops up the image for you. You'd have to do that yourself, as I said above.

The "feature" is that Instagram allows you to upload a set of images as one post that the user can swipe right/left on. What images you post is up to you.

Without a specific briefing, it is difficult to decide between the extremely different scribbles, each with completely different keywords.

This variant probably fits best with the statement in this one scribble - but is unfortunately also ‘too traditional’ or ‘too common’. I like the variant on the left of this scribble, but I'm not sure (because of the language barrier) if I'm interpreting the statement correctly. Because for me, purity has no real relation to must oil.

Yeah. I didn't really know what you're trying to do. I'm going off the images that I saw above. You could certainly add glow to things. It will require being familiar with Layer Masks and Layer Style effects.

3D have been discountinued for quite some years now, so while you can still see some remnants here and there, they are not functional anymore

Adobe aquired a set of entirely different programs for 3D (called Substance) and there is a simplified Stager called "Dimension" you can use as well

Yeah, I highly recomend using them as early as possible even if it is frustrating at first because it becomes rewarding before you know it. My favorite (after ctrl+z) is probably pressing alt and clicking an object and it copies and pastes it into a new layer. Or similarly pressing alt and clicking/dragging a layer makes a copy of that layer

First, adding a splash element negates the anti-drip bottle statement, so I would consider using only a drop.

I use only a small set of typefaces, occasionally modifying to fit the purpose. As a designer I tend more toward San Serif typefaces like Futura. But Goudy may also work. Also, the word Drop in your headline and the flow of liquid going UP may work. Perhaps the liquid is splashed across the letters and is dripping from the word Drop. Or you could simply adjust the headline where it is rotated on a slight angle “downward”

Flux is great but to run it locally, you're going to need ComfyUI and some knowledge. SD is probably a safer/easier bet. However, both are going to require that you have a decent system. Specifically, a good GPU. What are your system specs?

If you don't have good hardware, you're going to need a pod solution where you run these in the cloud.

It's called a debate, people "manning" this server (mods, adobe employees) will not delve on this because it just stirs tensions and don't resolve anything. There are tools if you don't want your work to be scraped, not saying that they are easy to use or widespread but they exist. Adobe are part of of the content credencial initiative, and there are ways are to remove the ability for platforms like MidJourney et al to scrape your work. Again, not entirely straightforward.
You can take step to align your opinions to your actions, but I think trying to convince people, particularly here, where this server is very specific to cater to Photoshop users is like spitting against the wind. You'll end up (and those who engage in the tennis match) like edgelords waiting for a ragebait conversation (that bit is entirely my personal opinion). It's not helpful, it's not productive, and only engage with a certain section of this server's audience that are waiting in the wings to just escalate the discussion. In other words, preemptively not feeding the trolls would help.

These are tricky to make. A lot of this will be accomplished in the Brush Settings, Spacing, Shape Dynamics and probably Texture settings for the Brush. I would suggest downloading a few tire tred brushes and looking at their settings. You may also want it use it to 'Stroke a Path'
