A free option is using Stylar, it has a generative fill ai, with a canvas and a select tool, you can even just type "jet flying above water" and "jet shadow on water" for extra details, its completely online with a 7 times per day edit, youd need a gmail and password to sign up <3 you can also drag and drop images or even upload them from your pc, good luck!!

Find an image with rays pointing outward

(You can find one without the circle in the middle)

Next, draw a circle matching the background

And outline

OR, if its transparent, erase the desired shape instead, and give that an outline

Keywords on Google : Radial Line Circle

Even just the word "Radiating Lines" would give you cool results

I think you should just create your own (as opposed to downloading some premade thing from Google Search).

This is easier in Adobe Illustrator but you can do something like this in Photoshop with Step & Repeat...

After you create your first line, you duplicate that and rotate it to the desired angle. (I used 3 degrees.) Then you Step and Repeat by using SHIFT CTRL ALT T to duplicate the line n times.

Here is my example PSD if you want look at it, play around, use it.

Depending what you are really looking for. Sometimes when questions aren't answered it's because other users don't really understand the question. Few people are going to ask what you mean exactly. But I am asking 🙂
Can you point out exactly what you want to do? Be as precise as possible.

Possibly an overlay, it could have been done in the studio (with coloured gels over the light) but you can mimic that by creating a shape made out of gradients, that you can shape (using the warp function or the liquify tool) around the model's elbow
Now the tricky bit is how to create a the perfect gradient. It's more a question of having the right idea than skills. You can refer to refernces

(but you can find better ones I am sure)
You can do that using the gradient tool, a gradient adjustment layer, or simply brush strokes that are heavily blurred (a combination of gaussian blur and motion blur can be useful too)

Difficult to answer this one in depth, and probably out of the scope of this server to be honest.
Just my take on it. There are a lot of resources about the psychology of typefaces (you could do worrse by starting by "Why Fonts Matter" by Sarah Hyndman)
I will try to find stuff from the web.
Also why do people hate Comic Sans? Probably because it's a cool thing to be seen as hating. I don't hate comics Sans, I don't hate Papyrus, I only hate Mistral (just kidding!)

A lot of it has to do - rightly - with typefaces being "misused", as in Comics sand being used to write an ad in the local newspace for IT repair

Comics sand is very well at ease as a signage font for a kindergarden, or for being used with people with dislexia. The guy who invented Comic Sans invented it to make comics lettering. That's its place, and it's very good at that.

To be honest, it really doesn't look that great. I'm not sure how it could be used effectively. Which is why I suggested that you actually remake the shape with vector objects. Then you have perfect, clean shapes to work with.

If you're on Windows, it sounds like you're dangerously close to filling up the drive with the operating system installed. You shouldn't let it get too close to the ceiling running Windows as the OS needs free space for its own Virtual Memory. They recommend at least 20GB of free space on the OS drive. Furthermore, the amount of RAM and Scratch space required is directly proportional to the dimensions and resolution (and amount of layers) in the document that you're working on.

draw a v shape lines , pick the point little farther outside of your canvas end of the rail road draw one line to the right corner of the rail road and another line to the top front of the train .now you have a V shape that shows good perspective.
