Simpler animated gifs with just a couple of frames could be done in photoshop.

Just make the different frames as separate layers, check out the umm 'timeline' tab and then when done, hit 'export to web' and save it out as an 'animated gif'

If none of that makes sense, jump onto youtube and search for 'make animated gif photoshop' and I'm sure there will be some nice tutorials.

I am running CC2021 because of an issue unique to my machine with 2022, so there are genuine reasons as to why you'd stick back. But double the size doesn't sound right to me.

I think you can probably find a nicer font online. The one you have at the moment looks... like one of the basic default ones. Also there isn't much contrast with the dark darkground and the dark photos. - where are selenite crystals found/made by the way? Maybe the background could have a slight 'nod' to that?

These are only ideas/suggestion obviously 🙂 - but The current background you used seems to just be a bit of a random assortment of 'bits'. Maybe use something in a style of a wireframe elevation/map. - maybe it gives off a more 'natural' stones - 'created by nature' type vibe.

When you see something this this brake it down into simpler parts, then execute those parts. All images are really just shapes, light & shadow, texture and perspective, you can do it. It just take practice, time and training yourself on how to see. Sure having some natural talent helps, but it is something you can learn.

Put each image on a layer. Make sure the flag image is above the text. Right-click on the flag image and choose "Create Clipping Mask." Then File > Export > Save for Web... PNG24 - check "Transparency" checkbox.

I think you're probably looking to get less mid-tones and a more punchy black & white

What does more detailed mean? You can't make it "more detailed" without taking the photo at a higher resolution, maybe with a better camera. What you could do, as James said, is increase the contrast, sharpness, and clarity in the Camera Raw Filter options. But be careful as that can lead to a negative effect.

I imagine most printers would likely just ask for fonts to be 'outlined' specifically to avoid issues with fonts when trying to print.

Helvetica is a commercial font. You don't have it preinstalled on windows computers, but there is many alternative similar fonts that are open. That makes Helvetica bad.

If you have to edit someones pdf, that has some commercial fonts included, it's a huge pain.

why would a printhouse edit someone's ready files? from my experience, you always have to tell them what you do and don't want. I've been 'scammed' a few times when I asked for a pricing and in response got 'come pick your order' message. if you don't include all the details, your files gets edited, squashed and printed on an expensive glossy A0 paper and you are charged for it

Because the files sometimes are not ready. Clients send all kinds of nonsense sometimes. For example a png file of their logo and then expect us to cut it

We indeed do cut it, if they don't have any better version, but that includes manual labour from us.

Anyways, basically I have to manually fix almost every single file we get here. It just is how it works and it's part of our service.

Of course they will know it. But the clients sometimes are not some illustrator experts. (those also exist tho) But often they don't have any tools to fix their logos. They just drag it from their instagram account or what ever and that's the best version of their own brand they have.

True. There just is not good options for the client in that situation. If I contacted them and asked the font, they would need to contact their designer, who would bill them probably more than what we would, even if I manually fix their file.

Then make a new layer mask on the face layer

Then Um... hold ALT? and click INTO the new mask layer on the layers panel.

It will then turn your canvas white. When this happens.. just press Cntrl + V to PASTE

...your messy black layer into the layer mask.

I'm not really sure what this means. You can run the Find Edges filter on an image. Then use Adjustment Layers to control color, tone, etc. For example, you could use a Hue/Saturation + Colorize to shift all of the colors...

@ivory narwhal - Regardless of how automatic it is, it requires download and setup of external software, a CLI and knowledge of using the command line to execute the commands as well as all of the technical concerns that go along with that. You might think its simple but it is an advanced topic. I answer a lot of questions and provide a lot of individualized support here for users trying to accomplish things in Photoshop. Generally speaking, many people struggle with the GUI so asking them to bust out the terminal is not something most users can do. I guess my suggestion is that you make it clear that it this isn't for the general Photoshop user; it is more for someone interested in coding Python. And that it also requires some experience with coding and using the CLI to execute commands.

Its safe. A keyboard uses very small springs, basically a pen, bug just me sure when you take the keyboard out of the pouch, the keys are not getting caught in anything as that could ruin them
