Bitmaps are finite grid of pixels. When you upscale it, the computer is trying interpolate and fill in blocks of color.

Well this was a template and this makes more sense now as my boss said there's issue's with the image but he wanted me to just test it on basic advertisement and work on colour for different website groupings.

This should still be useable while he makes the better versions because he's making most of them on the physical items and they look decent, he's getting that done then he'll be giving me full access to the virtual aspect.

yes and no. I updated CC, I updated Ps, then did a reboot. One I shouldnt have had to do, I even had WIN10's updates on pause cause I've got ONE update that keeps breaking a handful of apps. (openoffice, Ps, Libreoffice... etc) key apps I use... Rebooted and now I'm fine.

Sometimes it’s easier to be like ‘yeah I’ll jump on for 5mins and help you mate np’

This would be a pain in the neck to edit in Photoshop. Trying to separate this all out and move elements around. It would be easier to do the actual logo design part in Adobe Illustrator starting a vector version of the NASA logo. Then add this textured effect later in Photoshop.

hey when I select text or something in a image the lasso doesnt go to the edge of the object its like inset a little so it leave a outline when I delete the object I selected..also I keep getting traces or ghosting of commands after I do something in the object and I have to pan the object to make them go away

I used the magic want tool to erase the background then lassoed around the remaining bits and removed them

The lasso is not going to the edge its leaving a gap

Or I mean its a white outline

Also its pixalated around the edges I need tight smooth curves just like in the original.

Why would you do that?
There is a whole company of people working hard to make this product every year. You not willing to pay a few dollars a month just means that you don’t care about the product or what you want to do with it in general. In this case I would recommend just to find something free and use that, there are plenty of options out there.
