Some of the small regions of blue are going to be a bit difficult to select. It would probably help if you have a larger, higher resolution image. If not, mileage may vary with this.

Or attempt to select all of the blue pixels and move them to another layer. Then put a solid color fill behind it on another layer.

On the shared screenshot your picture seems to have a lot of noise (particularly on close section).
Perhaps you should try to reduce the noise before attempting to resolve the band effect.
Easy to remove banding on flat areas perhaps this technique doesn't work on garments with details (folds and seams)
Is the banding visible only on clothe? If it occurs only at the bottom you might consider to blur this section (as explainend in the video) and put more focus on the face... Just an idea, really difficult to figure out without seeing the entire image.

While “Soft Light” is good, try Overlay, Multiply, or Screen for different effects. Adjust opacity as needed for natural integration.
Use the Clone Stamp Tool to blend water textures over parts of the bottle for a partially submerged effect.
Add subtle ripples or bubbles around the bottle using a brush or overlays
Try using the Glass Filter
Add highlights along the edges of the bottle where it meets the water using a white brush with soft opacity to simulate light interaction.

It looks like two circles one on top of the other, filled with radial gradients (inner circle filled with yellow to white and the second one with a slightly different gradient, but with the main opacity reduced so it's semi transparent)

In my case it was happening on masks, I can't replicate, if it's not fixed or something in new versions.

For example, I draw rectangle, and add mask with gradient tool.
After working on other layers I would come back to this mask and gradient tool will not show that line.

I learned Premiere Pro (some basic stuff) first.
When I needed to do motion advertisements, I struggled a lot in premiere, used MOGRT templates etc.
And one day I openned After Effects, and that would be day I started long road into knowing AE.
Since I used both, at least for some time, I can tell that, if you learn AE, you (more or less) know Premiere Pro, but once you learn Premiere Pro, you still have no clue in AE.
One biggest reason, AE can do things that PP can too and more.

If you will do editing of recordings only, film making, no motion and no some crazy special effects, no advertisements, just basic editing of captured videos.
But, if you see yourself doing anything of this in future, just go with AE.

You need to have product in the same angle.

Once ive started the download it downloads approx. 1-5% and after that it tells me that there are some downloading errors /issues. Ive tried to repeat it over and over. But without success. Not really, you will need to redraw the bottle in Illustrator and use the 3D features there. but not from the original photo.

Illustrator is a vector based program, so since your image is a photo, that's out of the window

If anything you COULD have more luck in Photoshop (with better original angles though) than with illsutrator
You could try Dimension, which should be included in your CC subscription and which is an entry point 3D stager that could do that sort of things, including applying the label on the bottle, crrectly manage transparent materials and light/camera direction

The original angle versus the target angle are too far off, you will need an angle that shows a face of the bottle that doesn't exist in the original, meaning that even if you use transform controls, you will have to recreate the missing face.

Yes it does. Opera misread the DL links and points you to the Mac Download links instead of the Windows links. It's heavily documented everywhere

Not sure. You should be able to have any number of devices in the list but only a total of 2 activated. Maybe something is stuck somewhere. Perhaps in the Windows registry, I don't know. The team came back with this, can you update the post if it's resolved? or if it's not can you check if the steps in the community post solved the issue (for future issues since it's a preventive step)

There was an issue that was fixed at that time, and it seemed to cause that thread to die down. So if a user is seeing this issue now, it could be one of a couple things:
They are running an old build.
They or had last edited such an asset with a build in the window of time when this bug was present (early to mid last year). Once that state occurs (the fix was to prevent it), it's possible the asset will stay in that state until a new edit is done.
There is a new case of that error message (assume it's the same error -- there are a few different error messages that look similar so it's important to know exactly what code value they are seeing) caused by something we haven't fixed.

If you want to change only the red use the color picker to target reds only.

I don't think Photshop can help you there. Perspective changes you're trying to do look intense. To turn bullets like you want and keep them look realistic you need 3D object and a 3D software.
