I would turn them all off except one and then create a drop shadow so you'll have smoother lines otherwise if you want to do it the hard way copy all your text layers then merge the copies into one layer then try magic wand or remove tool, etc to try to remove those.

Best way, I think, is to use Rectangular shape tool with the settings shown on the picture below.
Stroke used (based on your original image is) 35px wide aligned on the center of the path.
Each color stripe has is own corner radius. Hope it will help.
(Note: psd file is the one I used to create the 2 png)

is the buttons in question just a gradient aswell? with a far more lower darker to simulate the shadows of keycaps?

the red could be a gradient, yeah; the "shine" you see on the borders, is probably a translucent layer on top of the black bar giving it that look with an opacity adjustment

the keys could be a bevel & emboss and some other effects

however you could possibly make a lot of these things easily from other images and composite them in by blending that way you don't have to create these elements for yourself you just have to drop them in and make them look like they are part of the whole thing.

Just a word of advice here. You can't get the basics (like images sizes etc) in just 2 days. You'll have a hard time if you don't learn those first.
Designing should come a bit later.
To learn the basics you can have a look at HELP > HANDS-ON TUTORIALS

Then you need to fnd one and design according to that. That said, like I told you before: Make it A4 or thereabouts, and make sure your mock up is not crazy large
And use smart objects so resizing them don't destroy the quality

@swift sentinel you gotta learn how different pixels work; 800x600px is pretty smol by today's standards, I prefer a canvas that's pretty big 1000x1000 or 2000x2000 but that's a pretty big image, I don't follow standards right now LOL but I guess I should in case someone wants an 8x10 print or 4x6 but that's why I prefer to design in a big format then I can export to different smaller sizes as needed, upscaling doesn't really work out too well.

Designing is fun but there's also the "basics" that aren't so fun but needed to make the fun even better

Try this one:
Start from scratch (delete the actual Mask)
Ctrl+Click on the Dog thumbnail (the one isolated not your original) to make a selection then add a mask.
Since you dog is already isolated you can just blur the mask (activate it -> white square around mask thumbnail) Higher the blur value is higher you should get a fade effect.

Hi so i've been getting this error for the past week and haven't been able to fix it. It pops up when it ry to change fonts and then PS crashes shortly after. I've tried everything i can that i've found online and nothing is working. :/

Select a hard round brush (basics) then you must set control on "Pen Presure" (even if you haven't any pen) on Shape "Dynamics/Size" and on "Transfer/Opacity".
Select the pentool (P) trace a path then right click on the path and select "Brush" and tick "Simulate presure"

Ok here is a quick video - Note: I used lasso tool to make a selection but you can use whatever selection tool you want.
So make a selection of the part you want to hide then click on the mask (beside the layer thumbnail) and paint with black to hide the pixels of the selected area. (I used paint bucket tool but you also can use brush)
Remember paint in black on the mask => Hide, Paint in white => Reveal.

for just removing the box/number, just use the remove tool but if you want to change the number but keeping the gradient, I'd carefully remove the number and add a different number so the gradient is kept

I'd just do a magic wand select of the existing number then delete/clear then adding in the new number you want; you'll have to match the font if that's what you also want

If you mean to remove the words; I'd still try it with the remove tool and make sure its on Content Aware fill

Sounds awesome but the font will be hard to get. If possible could I grab the gradient from the image and use it on another picture with different numbers already.

Can you post a screenshot of your Export As window? Typically Photoshop defaults to the image format and location you last used in your project, so if you're exporting JPGs repeatedly it shouldn't require re-selection between exports
