Make sure the culture you want to have win has True Roots enabled, and that the others do not. That will make it so conversion can only go one way, so eventually it should work itself out.

I avoid the biome completely just because it's impossible to see anything once there's more than one or two trees.

Culture is easy, but religion and language are harder to unify. For starters, once someone has a culture with True Roots their language and religion will never change again.

So you'll have to go into the culture and turn True Roots off if you want to convert them.

Like check this out, I had a planet that was all snakes living under rhinos. The rhinos were xenophobic but in the course of conquering the world they had still absorbed a large snake population. So it was like 75% rhinos and 25% snakes.

I was like, I'm gonna make the snakes reproduce hyper fast and see what happens.

The snakes would explode in population until they became dominant in a city. Then the rhinos would go "We have the xenophobic trait! We hate kingdoms led by things other than rhinos!" and gang up on it.

This eventually led to the snakes going extinct, even though they were reproducing faster than when they were stable.

Culture is everything. Culture is the control panel of species.

Ive tried and I keep failing even when both are accepting, eventually humans just become Alien cultured humans and hijack the empire every time.

Okay so here's something I do that I think is similar.

I make a world with a big mountain in the middle, and then I hollow that mountain out. Inside I start my main race (angles in my case) and limit their population to 50 or 100. I make them incredibly powerful however.

I also give them Dreamweaver, and Gift of the Void so they can teleport out of their enclosure and do things.

Now since they're physically separated from the rest of the world and population limited, and xenophobic, they never try to expand beyond their one city.

Then I just turn on Drop of Thoughts and let a bunch of random races spawn.

The angles sit in their mountain mentally influencing everyone as they develop, spreading their culture with dreamweaver.

I don't put them in the same kingdom as the other races, I just use them as my personal tool. If I don't want dwarves in my world, or whatever, I sic the angles on them.

I'll give you a couple tips then. Your super race will need the trait Tough in order to avoid being stunlocked fighting the peons 100 to 1 all the time. It doesn't say it on the label, but Tough eliminates stuns.

Ah but stunning is how you end Angry status. So sometimes two of your super race will want to punch each other for eternity and wreck the city.

What you do is make sure you give their religion the spell that can prevent buildings from burning.

And be ready to hose them down with water or holy light now and then to calm them down. With good enough traits/genes they can't really die, so having their city knocked over from time to time isn't really a big deal.

And make sure they have a bit more room to build in there than they need.

Yeah sometimes you leave them alone for an hour and find them hosing each other down with fire in an empty city. You spray them with water for a minute and they just rebuild it.

Since I added the fire protection spell though they've mostly been well behaved.

Unless I have them fight the whole world at once and they just get buried in meteors and shit. Even then it doesn't hurt them, just knocks over buildings.

I get why cultures, languages, and religions disappear over time but it would be nice if I could still see the parents and grandparents of a unit even after they died. I think budding always works regardless of anything as long as the mob can eat.

Also the funnest way to make skeletons reproduce is to give them Gift of Death.

Depending on how it goes you may or may not end up with a skeleton planet.

If you want to make someone who isn't going to die, then Super Health, Bubble Shield, and all the elemental resistances.

I kinda feel like matching genes up in the editor is unneccessary. I just load my creation up with high level genes until I get decent stats. That's more than enough for them to dominate any un-edited competition.
