Oftentimes this led to power struggles and attempts to usurp the crown but when the king dies and no recognized heir is apparent it generally leads to that kingdom fracturing into smaller ones like in worldbox

Also I just wanna say the random gene traits world law is awesome and makes some interesting creatures. My world is overpopulated with a species of bee that turns into mythril when it dies so my whole world is covered in mythril deposits

In their subspecies traits they have to have all the brain traits in the top row

You can do this to give any subspecies sentience and the ability to form kingdoms

They have no knowledge so I haven't unlocked the brain traits yet

Spawn some humans, open their subspecies, mouse over all the traits with a blue outline and question marks and it’ll unlock those traits for you

That’s how almost all unlocks work now

You gotta hover your mouse over things you don’t know to unlock them
