The biggest map available from the game is 9x9 (or 8x8 if you're on mobile), the largest map available with the map converter is 25x25, and with the Mapsizes mod you can make maps of any size.

Do you mean maximum world size?

For phones, I recommend you stick to worlds smaller than 15x10, you can get maps larger but the larger it is the worse it performs and might end up just crashing when you try to load it
