is just spam the coin twice and use the sponge tool to clean up the ruins

You can't do it before, but when you load in you can use the demolish tool or madness to get rid of all the cities or kingdoms (if you use madness make sure your game is paused and to cure them all with divine light afterwards)

For example i created a world e saved in Save1 and after that i replaced that world with what i downloaded, then i return in the game and save the custom map into another slot

no the easiest way is to add a folder named save1 or a number that isn't there and add the map.wbox file and open worldbox and go to saves and pick the number that you add example: you add the folder save1 you will load the 1st map on saves.
