Is there a better genealogy tracker than just the Children, siblings, parents and grandparents that I’ve found?

I’m willing to mod a little, but I was just gonna ask if I was missing a more detailed one before I ask for mods like that.

I’d prefer something similar to the sims genealogy stuff but- yeah.

I’m doing a mini challenge where I put an immortal in and I want to see what happens and who’s related to her- even distantly. And it’s getting annoying to try and track down everyone

Couldn't you just go to younger/older generation units to see further into genealogy.
If you want to be able to see more from just one unit you would probably need to mod the game and I don't think one exists for that yet

Need help with plots. I want to make my leader start a new language since one language is beginning to take over the world, and I’d like to have some diversity. I have the plot unlocked, but the issue is every time I go to the plots page of the leader to start it, it says the plot will start, but then the unit immediately switches to another task and it doesn’t go through. Am I doing something wrong?

Right, so I tried doing it manually with the plots, and it says by divine will the plot will start, but then the leader immediately starts another task. If I activate it while they’re sleeping, the plot icon will stay there but make no progress until they wake up, then they start another task

If you didn't put in any preview image, it will appear as just a blank ocean. You can still load it and it will be there

You can get a new preview image by saving it in the game

Then the blank ocean will disappear

There's numbers to show which save folder you are loading a map from

1. Make a civ with a species that has the genetic mirror subspecies trait. Acid gentlemen and garlic people can automatically make civs so I recommend those. (You can also just give a subspecies the genetic mirror trait)
2. Give the king 20+ traits with trait editor.
3. Use the smooth jazz power to force the king to have kids. Genetic mirror passes down all traits from parent to child, except the untouchable traits—including scar of divinity.
4. Kill the king. The new king should be one of the old king's children and therefore should have 20+ traits without scar of divinity.

If the subspecies has genetic mirror, they will always pass it on to their kids too. Or if their reproduction method is converting other kids into theirs, that can bring traits to them too

hello! i’ve had the worldbox app for several years now, and just today decided to play with it again. needless to say i was quite overwhelmed with everything that’s new, but pleasantly surprised!

anyway, i researched a bunch of stuff and saw how to get the forbidden knowledge to unlock everything. that went fine, and it left these void elf creatures that i thought i’d make into a new sapient species, since they were kinda just standing around and doing nothing. but after editing all the traits and unpausing the time, this keeps happening.

thankfully i have the autosave, but every time i open it the explosions immediately happen and i’m left with a handful of those void creatures and none of them have the edits i made. can someone explain to me what happened here??

They probably have the antimatter explosion trait in their subspecies. One of them died which caused a chain reaction. I don't know if you can prevent the first one from dying, but if you pause, you can turn it off from them and prevent the chain reaction

I'm a bit confused with the gene stuff, as well as how the plots work (I haven't found any)

Genes affect the basic stats of all units in a subspecies, like their health, damage etc.
You can edit them to make them better or worse. They have colours which you can match with the genes next to them to turn them golden, which doubles the effect they have

Plots show up as big icons above leaders/kings that you can see even when zoomed out

There's different requirements for every plot, which you can find in the wiki. You will need to select the plot from the king/leader when they are happening to unlock them

Oh and the plot button in the noosphere tab turns red when there's a plot happening, to make it easier to find them

The trait can be hereditary, but isn't guaranteed to be passed down

So after a while, you'll get a sizeable amount of units without the trait

But as it can also appear randomly with newborn units, it'll never completely go away either

So I made my first world on mobile after the big update earlier this year, and I’ve been really enjoying a lot of the new features. The non-animals randomly developing the ability to start civilizations is really cool, but the first time I saw this with a butterflies, I gave them a few extra members to get started, they continued to multiply for a few “years”, and then they all died of starvation. This started as a human only world with a bunch of the newish, less dangerous biomes (mushroom, onion, crystal, autumn, clover). I tried to change their biome to the flower biome, I put lots of flowers around them, and I put beehives nearby, but none of that seemed to stop them from starving. At the time I just gave up, but now a crab has gained sentience and started a civilization that successfully survived long enough for humans to start eating them, so I segregated them to a different island in the hope they would eventually mutate the ability to not die so quickly. Now a group of flies has gained sentience, but they seem to be dying off just like the butterflies. The crabs seem to walk into the ocean and then just eat nothing, but the flies as far as I can see aren’t doing anything similar with flowers. How do I get different animal species to not starve?

They eat nectar, both the butterflies and the flies did. I tried growing flowers, I tried putting them in the flower biome, and I tried putting beehives around them, but there is no “nectar bush” that I can just place to give them food like humans. At least not one that I could find by scrolling through settings, googling, or looking through the wiki

They get nectar from flowers, which should just be the basic plants you put down.
But also, insects are very weak. And they might have a population limit set on their subspecies. Having the monolith evolve some does not necessarily lead them to succeeding unless you edit their genes or give them more subspecies traits

These biomes have nectar.
I haven't tested any subspecies with just this trait though. It might not be enough to keep an entire village fed

You can keep nectarivore and add some other traits. Omnivore would give the most options, but could make do with other ones

It just a random fly that already exists in the world happening to gain the hard-hat brain trait on their subspecies, and then they take over a deserted village after a war, at which time I notice them

Restoring Premium:

1. Press the "Game Settings" button (the one with a ⚙️ icon) above the achievements button, in the main tab of the game.
2. Press the "Restore Purchases" button (with a 🌟 icon).
3. If premium isn't restored then look for the "has_rcpt" text in game near the top (stands for "has receipt").
4. If the word that comes after "has_rcpt" is "false" then you are most likely signed into a different appstore/playstore account then the one you originally purchased premium with.
5. To confirm this check your purchase history for WorldBox.

Hello! I’m having an issue with my WorldBox installation. My game isn’t updating to version 0.50. At first, I thought I needed to select the beta version on Steam, so I did that, but it still didn’t update. Later, I was told that the beta is already over and that I should unselect it because the latest version is now part of the main release. However, even after unselecting the beta, my game still doesn’t seem to update properly. Could you please help me fix this or explain what I might be missing?

NCMS is an obsolete modloader that shouldn't be used anymore as its support was discontinued. Everything it was able to do and more is now fulfilled by NML, another modloader that is the official replacement for NCMS. They won't eat each other because they're part of the same family. Spawn a new orc to marry one of the original orcs, which will change that orc's family but keep their clan. This will make them eligible for cannibalism.

2. Now go to your phone’s "settings" application, after that find/search an factory system application called "Files" (has a darker blue background with a big white folder in the center of the icon), then click it,
3. you will be showed the "app info" screen after clicked the "Files" application, find the three dots button,
4. After you see the three dots button, click the three dots button and then if it has an "uninstall updates" option there, make sure to choose the option (wait until the uninstalling process is done and completed to avoid a mistake),
