Armies should be more organized. Simply, a group of no more than fifty should be lead by a leader. The leader of said group has the ability to shout a war cry, boosting everyone's morale, or ordering everyone to fall back if outnumbered.

Next: The king should have a couple of bodyguards by his side at all times. If you add this, it would be nice to choose who the body guards for the king will be. And hey, it wouldn't hurt to also choose who the king will be. We are gods after all.

Next: The king can be abducted and held for ransom. When the ransom is met, the king will be set free and free to go home. Sometimes, a kingdom will choose NOT to send a king held for ransom back home, but will instead either: kill them, enslave them, or imprison them. If a human king is imprisoned on elven soil, humans from the human kingdom can send a war party to the elven kingdom to go and retrieve their king. Basically, break the king out of prison.

Next: A family tree would be nice. And if a character loses one of their family members to a blood thirsty killer, they will sometimes choose to go after that person no matter the consequences, and if they succeed in killing the killer, they will be awarded with the avenger perk, which will guarantee that for the next five years, no one will dare mess to mess with one of their family members again.

Next: Add an option for randomly occurring meteors to drop from the sky in random locations. I know that most people play this game to be gods and to be in control of every single aspect, that's why I propose you make this idea of mine, if implemented, optional. Why do I want randomly occurring meteors that are out of my control you ask? Well, for this next idea.

Next: A shaman. Like the immunity and immortal perk, Shaman is an extremely rare perk that will allow those with the perk to see into the future and avoid catastrophes. Next: This is a BIG one, literally, but since you already have four of the most basic of basic fantasy races ever created, I think you should most definitely add GIANTS. They are one of the next most basic fantasy races out there. I won't suggest you do things like lizardmen or furries, but GIANTS totally make sense. If you're worried about them being too big or not fitting or some other issue, how about you make a BEANSTALK? Anyone, be it humans, elves, dwarves, or orcs who climb the beanstalk can visit the GIANTS up in there domain.

Here are some things I think you should add to your game that don't require much explaining: quicksand; reinforced walls; fortresses; bridges; a demon king; pirates; mercenaries; caves; the ability to harvest bones and dragon scales from dragons; real-time weather/day & night cycle; animals that could be trained and outfitted with armor for added war potential; a pink or blue sex symbol indicating Male or female in a characters profile; a training center for becoming one of the four classes: Assassin; Ranger; Warrior; Healer.

I thought of an addition.
Since the trade with ships does not exist for the moment, also because it is not useful, new types of crops can be made tradable between the kingdoms.
A different crop could be created for each biome (land, forest, snow, sand), so that the kingdoms that do not have it consider it a luxury and are willing to buy it, favoring trade.
It could be done:

• date trees that the player can plant on the sand
  -wheat (as always) cultivable on earth
  -tomatoes or other, cultivable on the forest
• potatoes in frozen ground
  In the future, animal meat could also be added

Currently, an NPC will take a few months to walk across town. It seems like the counter for how long a day is is far too short. Have two types of war: Normal warfare and Total war.
-Normal warfare: soldiers only target to kill other soldiers and maybe governors (warfare to capture city)

-Total war: it’s total war, free and unrestricted warfare to do everything needed to crush the enemy:
Every enemy is targetted, civillians, etc.
-houses and structures will be pillaged and destroyed
-Crop-fields and the city in general are able to be burnt down by fire from invading soldiers until the city is either destroyed or captured

By default all warring kingdoms will be on normal warfare and can be altered to total war by chance, if the war rages for too long, or a king has a deceitful trait.

Add meteors to the game, but ones that are out of control of the player. They would be randomly occurring and could drop anywhere on the map. To protect against these meteors, add a fallout shelter along it and the Shaman perk. The Shaman will allow an NPC to see into the future, warm everyone of the danger yet to come, and get them into fallout shelters. Once the danger is averted, everyone will come outside and work on restoring their home. I know that most people play this game to be in control of every aspect of the game, so make the randomly occurring and located meteors optional, like some of the laws.

Add a revenge system. How this works is that an NPC who's family member was killed by someone could go out and try to get revenge on them. If they fail, then they fail. But if they succeed in killing the killer, they are awarded the Avenger perk, which guarantees that for the next five years, no one will dare lay a finger on any one of their family members.

Armies should be more organized. It doesn't have to be complex. A group of no more than fifty led by a leader. This is a unit. A leader would have the ability to shout a war cry boosting everyone's morale, or ordering them to fall back or they're outnumbered, etc.

can boats actually attack each other and other things, not just place ppl not land, i mean the big ones even have cannons on it, if there are going to be no blackpowder stuff then just remove the cannons from the big boat. for the boats to attack eachother they would just ram until they break i guess. and blackpowder stuff should be added, if you don't want muskets then add something like handcannons or something, at the least add cannon. if cannons are added then the big boats should shoot each other till they die, also bombard beaches. I guess you just did a big update so I don't think this will be happening anytime soon so I will probobly make a similar suggestion a wile later.
