Wealth/Gold for kingdoms and individual villagers.
Kingdom wealth: Kingdoms with the right resources can sell blacksmith armour/Weapons, real estate, food etc to the villagers and with the profit the kingdom gets it will be re invested back into the kingdom so it can provide more effective blacksmith shops, better soldiers/army, more jobs, more houses by trading with allied kingdoms.
Individual Villager wealth: Villagers will have proffessions that pay them like blacksmith, baker, warrior etc. Some pay higher or lower than others, there will also be factors that determine the pay for example quality of the armour the blacksmith is selling. They will work for the kingdom since they are the ones investing and providing jobs to the kingdoms, the majority of gold made from the sales will go to the kingdom but the rest to the villager. And each villager in their inventory will have a amount of gold which makes them rich or poor. Using this gold they can buy land, better armour and weapons, food, real estate.
The player can also add wealth to the villager or kingdom by simply dropping gold down.
Criminal/Fraud trait: A villager with this trait can steal huge amounts of gold from his kingdom or village making them extremely rich but there will be a chance they will be caught and killed by the kingdom authorities.
Stage 1: Steals 10% of the kingdom gold per year 50% chance to get caught.
Stage 2: Steals 25% of the kingdom gold per year 35% chance to get caught
Stage 3: Steals 40% of the kingdom gold per year 15% chance to get caught.
