If you have trouble with scav runs quit the game, turn off auto servers, select a few close to you manually, try again, queues should be way shorter.

That’s before you realize it’s a 4 slot item and that means you really only profits 12.5k roubles per slot. Meaning you gave up a quest key + the time to find the quest key + the time required to re-find the quest key + the lost opportunity cost of exp and rep putting you closer to higher tier gear and make more money per run + the opportunity cost of 3 slots which easily could have been filled with items worth 12.5k each for basically the equivalent of 4 cans of sprats.
