You're saying they'll have to kill more people in order to sell accounts? Why? Seems like they've had PLENTY of gear to RMT with, now BSG is just restricting how they can transfer that gear from one account to another -- seemingly making it way harder.

This change seems super sensible to me - it might alter the cheaters playstyle's to be more oriented around 'carrying', as opposed to RMT'ing, but that's FAR less efficient and easier to track - not to mention decreasing the odds of you running into a cheater, as they'll have more people in their group to carry.

Doesn't hurt the playerbase either - is anybody actually outraged at the fact they can't be dropped late-game stuff from their high-level friends? I get some hideout upgrades are tougher now, but seems pretty damn minor for the potential blow it could deal to RMT'ers

Cheaters can still get the same items they did before, the exact same way - passively. But instead of being able to drop it in different raids, now the buyer has to come along in-raids with cheaters (opening them up to more bans), or they have to sell accounts.

This makes it seem like you're LESS likely to die to a cheater, as they'll want to ensure their accounts remain unbanned.

I don't understand why you think cheaters would need to "wipe lobbies for high value FIR items". Yea maybe if they're competing against other cheaters, but rarely are multiple RMT cheaters going to be on a raid together, and if they are - then them killing each other is fine by me.

the armor peentration chance in this game is just a dice roll. so if i have 762 BP and i shoot a FULL health gzhel its about a 50% chance

those calculations are very complex and not really something you should bother with honestly. just know that better materials and higher armor classes are gonna take less durability damage than lower class and worse material armors

this is my first wipe, 40 days in, and i've managed to reach 24 with lvl 3 hideouts almost all around. I don't think it's impossible. Of course everyones using end game ammo, people keep talking wipe and everyones anxious to use it all up before its gone.

They've already alienated their entire playerbase twice so far with two major updates now, from the major recoil nerfs, now to this anti-RMT bullshit, both of which are being done by less than 1% of the playerbase

Recoil nerf was because Nikita didn't like having laser beam M4's that were precise up to 40m+, so he made all of our pmc's have noodle arms so none of us could have laser beam M4's.

Now we have all this anti-RMT "we will delete these non-FiR items if you try to discard or otherwise try to have somebody else loot you for them" bullshit that will honestly to little to nothing just because there are people I know that are simply too lazy to do fucking quests just because they just wanna pvp. But they'll go and complain about how attachments are 50-100k+ when all that would be null and void if they'd just do the quests, level up their traders, and not have to worry about buying their attachments off flea

You can one hand a full auto MP7 better than a high level pmc can with two hands, which is absolutely pitiful
