Just had the most intense fucking battle in tarkov i've ever had, killed two PMCs, I was looting one of the dead rogues and got shot at by something far away, so I ditched the body and decided to head for the extract since I had some semi decent loot on me already, but as I neared the main road the guy that shot me walked right by (It was a dark nighttime raid) and scared the shit out of me, so I shot him and took his lame shotgun kit he had good med supplies though. Long story short, as I was healing from that guy who shot me, another PMC that looted the rogue I ditched from before came in as my hands were occupied with healing and nearly fuckin killed me before I baited him around the truck so I could give myself time to kill him, then ANOTHER scav shows up and now I have two targets on both sides trying to murk me, killed PMC, but ran out of ammo, took his gun, shot the scav, ANOTHER SCAV shows up, shot him, ran out of ammo, he nearly blacks out all of my limbs, BUT he ran away after I shot him with my last rounds, probably bled out somewhere.. I was able to extract, but all for mid tier loot

The other dude was a level 41 player, he did most of the damage

ahhhh, i love killing a scav who shot at me but missed, then having to not shoot but avoid all of the scavs on the map, die anyway because they always know your location, then get punished again forever for defending yourself! really adds to the fact that if you kill a traitor scav then die, you don't get any rep gain, but if you kill a good scav then die, you still lose rep. thanks nikita!

My name is Patrick Bateman. I’m level 36. I believe in taking care of my PMC, and a balanced diet and a rigorous exercise routine. In the morning, if my PMC is a little hungry, I’ll give him an iskra and an aquamaria while doing my scav run. I've done almost a thousand now. After I extract I use a FP-100 air filter. In the raid I use a golden star pain killer, then a propital for health regen, and on the face I have an altyn. Then I apply a face shield from Ragman which I leave on until it is damaged while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use a body armor with little or no repairability, because reparing it lowers the durability and makes you look poor. Then USEC tier 3, then a USEC Sandstone followed by a tan shemagh. There is an idea of Patrick Bateman being a scav. Some kind of abstraction. But there is no real scav. Only a PMC. Something illusory. And though I can hide my voice lines, and you can talk over VOIP and hear friendly conversation, and maybe you can even sense our playstyles are probably comparable, I simply am not a scav.

Unfortunately there is no item replacement program and I am not aware of any bugs that cause this at the moment. I haven't seen any other instances of this.

SR-25 can get to 61 vertical, 132 horizontal, and 7 ergo
RSASS can get to 56 vertical, 121 horizontal, and 3 ergo
M1A can get to 56 vertical, 101 horizontal, and 5 ergo
all 20 round mags, remember the M1A can take higher cap mags, but will suffer ergo wise if you do

It obviously depends on how much money you are willing to spend as well

It depends on what you're using it for i guess. if you're using it for mid range engagements and want to be able to take fast follow-up shots, low recoil can be very important

not quite as good as the MDR/SCAR-H but since they toned down the camera recoil it's very solid.

To get an even somewhat manageable and suppressed SA-58, you have to run it at 0 ergo, and you can only get it down to 88 vertical with best parts. Personally I would rather run either an SR, RSASS, or M1A and have better stats in literally every category minus full auto

i guess where we disagree is how impactful the vertical recoil stat is. the difference between 0 ergo and 10 ergo is like 6 seconds of effective ADS time, where I personally find it very easy to notice the difference between ~90 vertical recoil vs the ~56 range that you can get on the ones i mentioned before
