We had an issue with a data center recently. They had some physical communication issue between their local stuff and instead of fixing they just shut down two very important servers. Also we are being DDOS'd right now. About backend - we found some bugs that only appear under heavy load. Smartasses will say - you had to do stress tests. We didn't do those before patch because we were out of time and resources before deadline. Even then some issues don't appear on stress tests, only under real load. Yesterday we added a queue system with player cap, it wasnt reached, but today it probably will be.
