It’s really tough, not even going to lie. I do have 2 groups of friends I play with.
1 group is some try hard EFT guys, bunch of Chads. The other group is some local friends, that don’t play as aggressive but still know their shit. So they definitely help a lot. And I’ve been watching PESTILY’s YouTube videos in my off time.

I'd say what would work in your favor is that Tarkov rewards for movement and positioning rather than gun skill. So game knowledge is more necessary than your skill to aim and shoot.

Someone went through the effort of verifying the server so that it would be an official link to BSG. That's what the verified means. Not once did I say that every mod has to be a dev, or even more than the 1 mod that initially set it up. The point remains, however, that they did set it up, which means they intend to be viewed as linked in some way.
When people get told that you shouldn't complain here because there is no link to BSG, that's simply not true because of the verified status. If there isn't a link any longer (but there once was), then the verified status should be removed so people don't come here thinking that they can get official help when in reality there is none available.

Whenever I use Flech I get engaged at a fair distance and Flech cant do shit. Idk if it's just my luck or what but whenever I use slugs everyone is in my face with vector's and whenever i use flechette im getting shot at by some mosin dude

Just don't use flechette

It's either 8.5mm for leg meta up close, 6.5mm for headtapping at range and AP-20 if you have no skill.

And AP-20 does one shot basically all level 4 armour, it just struggles with level 5 a bit so you then need to either headshot or leg someone.
