A bottleneck is what is indicated with those usage figures. Most likely are in need of doing some optimizing via the gpu software (Nvidia/AMD for example). Ram speed can be a partial player, ensuring the ram is operating at it's full speed capability thru biOS for example. It took a lot of adjusting and fine tuning to get my i9 13900/asus z790pro/galax strix 1oc 4090/128g ddr5 6400 ram to work as desired. A lot of adjustments, testing, repeat, repeat... Was in a good place prior to my last adjustment, which was Smooth Motion - and I'll never go back. Doubled frames / smoothness / consistency while only having 2.3 m/s of latency as the high.

I'm sure you can get improvements, but specifics of the system are definitely important. GG and GL

Ones that integrate into helmets ive noticed it the most.

I dont think its possible to not make ANY noise while slow walking yet ive had PMC's sneak up within 20m making no noise.

For the story line, Is there any differences between "Giving the case to prapor, unlock LK and get it back, open and work for Kerman " vs " keeping the case for myself, open it, work for kerman" ?

I know about the -0.3 rep for prapor if I keep it vs Roubles if I give it to him, but say I don't care about the rep or the 1M roubles. Should I just keep it to save some time and skip LK ?

Theres also bug with debtor ending. At some point you are crafting MilitaryFlashDrive with intel maps that you pick from 5 different maps. Objectives says you need to hand it over to LK. But u cant. There is no dialogue for hand over.

So I can just save some time to progress The Ticket but I'll get soft locked with the 40 bitcoins anyway. so yeah, I can just wait before I decide what to do with the case, and try finishing my hideout so I can unlock LK through Batya, and get my Bitcoin lvl 3 to start gathering bitcoin faster as well.
