Yep. I have Psycho Sniper, 6 SBIH kills, The Guide, and Collector left. That's it. And I can't get past 3 kills on PS no matter what I try. Last time I played before this wipe was a year ago when all you needed for PS was 10 bolt-action levels. The quest just sucks donkey now. Bravo to Nikita for changing something that wasn't broken. Again.

i've been trying factory vpo with scope but this late in wipe I'm running into 50+ geared guys about 60% of the time. .338 FMJ is busted this wipe so there goes the lapua route, tried a number of times anyway. Patient sniping on distance maps is finding population issues this late.

i'm not remotely worried about SBIH and I've done the guide twice before so I think the 2 extra maps this wipe for me aren't going to be an issue. it's just PS

@clever grail funny watching streamers playing Factory and they only run into pistol runners. When I go Factory, everyone is in tier 6 with Killa helmets in squads of 5

I know, right? One time I ran into a level 10 who managed to score a 5-7 with SS190; my face shield didn't work to that. I don't see those guys on streams either. 🙂

@clever grail I know it's how Tarkov is meant to be played, but I hate squads. Especially when they can fill all of the PMC slots They just run around freely looting and on the of chance the last PMC kills them, one of their buddies dumps their gear for them. This isn't a "you should get friends" scenario, but an inherently broken part of groups. There is no sense of fear when your group takes 80-90% of the PMC spawns

Duos or trios, fine, but 5 and your group just controls the server

i don't really get the point of squads there anyway. I was 100% solo before this wipe but spent some time in groups here or Pestily's place to see what it was like. I was using those lobbies for Tagilla bait myself. Tended to kill him only about 1/3rd of the time. Ironically I got my Tagilla and Killa in the mall event

1. Car extracts (obv), just use them if they're near and always have money for one
2. Scav runs - go factory before every pmc raid and just insta extract, you gain 0.01rep for each extract as a scav
   Its easy but it will take you like 2 months to get 6rep this way unless youre a nolife at the game, thats why imo its too late now

To be fair in this case it'd be better to ask in a beginner chat (either one) if anyone can help you out with car extracts or in LFG (if you need a due, idk never used it myself), because to me and many other people a car extract is in no way different from any other extract - you activate it, hide in a corner (thats the difference) and go back up to it when theres like 10sec left. If you have an issue with extracting then that is a completely different issue, is it because you don't know where the extracts are, how to fight, is it your gear? theres many variables and the best way to check that out is in the beginner channels, people in the eft-chat channel tend to be more toxic than in the other 2

Curious question for everyone. I noticed this in the beginning of PvE but I thought I bring it up here. In the beginning, I kept getting messages that my gear could not be found from Proper when it came to my insurance returns. When I tracked my gear, I got it all back, but still got the message. Is this a known bug? Did they change AI to take your gear?
