PvE here so I won’t be much help with PvP strats. I approach from either side, west or east. I poke around with grenades, listen for bosses and kill them while I move in. For the east I rush to behind the fire truck and for the west I rush into the first story from that hole in the wall. Bosses (on PvE at least cannot touch anything passes the 1st story, meaning they will follow you and just run around back and forth below you on the first story.

and people that are just good at the game, its not a bad thing that there is "content" that is extremely hard to get. It is already nowhere near as hard as im more than double the amount of people have the achievement

at the end of the day the people that did it before the event prob wanted something to do. I knew they would add another full boss event. So no point in grinding it normally. Boss spawns are like 45% now. Still not alot of people are gonna have it.
