mhh in my opinion unity is maybe a great engine for smaller - medium games with mod support, for large games i would always take a engine like unreal and when the game is a multiplayer with like a big pvp aspect i also would take everytime unreal but really switching a engine after a huge project is done mhh idk.... but the thing is the most cheat coders are just scriptkiddies and the profit of the delay bans and that their cheat doesnt get direct active flagged when only he and some others use it so yea they get so or so banned but when known stuff doesnt get patched yea thats a problem, for example mono (c#) injection in theorie its easy to detect but BSG / BE doesnt fix this known and documented exploit that everyone use in a specific dll. a different point is they could do more in prevention that cheaters even can attack the game, battleye already blocks that u can get acces to the memory via the usermode so u have to go into the kernel level and there are many methods to detect kernel stuff, for example what already rust (the game) does is they protect the CR3 register of the game so the bad guys cant get the translation to the physical memory adresses so they have to use virutal memory and the virtual memory methods can be detected... yea i hope u understand what i want to say there are many methods and u will never have a 100% secure system but you can make it as hard as possible

thats the point you could obfuscate the binary what Tarkov already use but in such a small area of the code that it make nearly no sense and what is very common and normally "easy" to detect is mono injection where u just normaly write your c# code and load it into the game and it hooks / calls functions and there for example one public exploit well documented to make this mono injection and it doesnt get fixed

I'm getting a lot of crashes lately and I don't know why. I reinstalled the game and launcher. I checked the integrity of files. I went through all the bs permission and priority settings for tarkov, but the game still crashes. I have a pretty decent rigg and i'm not low on storage or having an performance issues.

Like I just had to reopen the game 4 times from it crashing 3 times immediately after loading profile.

try clear cache in the launcher even though you reinstalled and what not i think some files remain after the uninstall procedure and then just get reinstated if its installed again.
