It works now for me, after 9 hours or so... finally got the code on yahoo.ca, BUUUT I would still push BSG to allow us to change our email address, at the very least ONE MORE TIME, so we can get it on gmail or something, now that we know that the issue keeps happening on Yahoo, AOL, and etc... It is 99.9% not a PC in that case. Pretty much if your email works it works. That would be only server side issue on part of tarkov team. Their emails have to be either getting blocked, either not being sent properly, either server overloads. Because the launcher checks your systems HWIDs against a list of banned ones, then registers them to your account before sending you the verification code. If anything on your PC prevents the launcher from scanning then you'll never get the email

COD, Apex, HALO, GTA, Red Dead, CS GO, ARMA, ETC... these games all have inertia. They are used to imporve the physics and polish of the game without impeding movement in a way that is noticeable. The issue with this iteration is how it was implemented not necessarily that it exists.

The issue is that the current iteration of inertia feels like input lag. This isnt how operators on the field would move IRL. ITs as if they are 60kg or drunk. I want inertia to work out as intended but the way its currently implemented is highly controversial and makes the game feel clunky. I hope they consider tweaking acceleration instead of simply momentum. Momentum would make sens as you pmc got hevier but not when you are 11kg. They should consider acceleration changes in the formula while toning down the momentum.

I just see movement more rounded out instead of being able to move very sharply. RDR is a good comparison. If you removed the animations for falling over in both those games I think it'd be very similar

I think Tarkov could round out their movement in a way that slows gameplay but right now i don't believe its there. It feels like its a sledgehammer attempt that compromises responsiveness and intuitive movement. I have faith they will fine tune it because currently im not a huge fan of the current iteration. But hey maybe im wrong and I can always play something else if tarkov becomes unplayable to me.

Me too! its nice knowing you have to grind to unlock specific items whether its through tasks or hideout. This is my 4th wipe and the 1st I will have to upgrade my hideout to stay competitive.
