The infinite searches are usually caused by a item server desynch, if it ever happens again you should alt-F4 and attempt to reconnect.

All you can really do is wait, that's the best tip. I've been having to wait almost 15 minutes during Scav runs

@swift berry I mean, I would wait but the time in the game is shorter as you get in. Like, it starts at 45 minutes, 10 to 12 minutes later, you're in and you only have 30 to 35 minutes to get moving, etc. Besides, I'm kinda low on Rubles and the match time just takes too long

It's very common to have good internet but issues with BSGs servers, if you do a full factory reset of your router and DMZ your PC then your connection should improve, that's what helped mine.

literally the same for me, except instead of washington it's Montreal, because I'm in canada as well, just above the border to New York. The new update is great, I just had an awesome PMC raid where I teamed up with 3 scavs I met in raid, and we all took the PMC+Scav exfil. VOiP did it all

Connection issues depend on two things, what servers you're connecting to and your internal network setup. Your servers are fine so it has to be your internal setup, it's something that can change for any number of reasons most of which not even your fault. I loaded into just Beauharnois just to check the connection and this is what I'm getting, a nice stable connection.
