that 550w is just on the hair enough for the 3060. get a higher cap PSU. id go for like 700w or at least 650w. Helps when/if you plan on upgrading. depending on the rest of your parts your PSU will struggle to keep the PC running smoothly with that limited cap

Mostly played on Reserve and Customs so far, I have a map for woods but i've almost done at least Jaegers but I got picked off by a player after I took out a scav
so it's mostly just requiring a bit of help just to ensure getting out

well woods and interchange are my top two favorite maps
reserve and customs are usually pvp hotzones, with customs having no loot in spawns usually but the pmcs and bears have 90% of your profits

the best way to do it is choose offline mode, run around the map and find things out the hard way
in the north of woods youll find old station, right next to a pmc spawn, down the road to the east of the map is un roadblock, south of un is fob (2-3 scavs), and if you are looking from un roadblock, run right of fob until you see a tank, pass the tank up the hill and then youll find a plane, come towards fob from plane and youll see a burned down house...thats where your quest item is

Is there a new meta to get loot of bosses or raiders? It used to be go on ‘reserve’ and you would have raiders or a scav boss every raid. Now I’ve returned from that wipe and there hardly is anything in site, is there a new meta for getting raiders loot or just farming XP? Reserved used to be a war zone now it’s just a ghost town.

Well there was a loot rebalance that uses a heat map to move loot around, so the more people loot an area the lower the chance of higher rarity loot.
As for raiders I don't believe their spawn rate has been nerfed but you should still be able to grind them and bosses p easily
Also consider that it is very late in the wipe, even in high traffic areas the population will be lower than early\mid wipe

This late in the wipe a lot of players have ammo that invalidates most helmets so just because you're getting head shot, doesn't mean they're cheating. Doesn't mean it's impossible though.

Ok, if you go into Msconfig you should be able to enable a diagnostic startup meaning your computer will boot with only what it needs to start up, but no internet.
Then once you restart and finish booting, you need to go to your services menu to turn your internet back on. After that's done just start up Tarkov and your email should come just about instantly.
The issue comes from something on the users computer stopping the launcher from getting the information it needs
Just don't forget to disable diagnostic startup and restart once you're done

If you died and lost your kit then it was a online raid, offline raids are locally hosted so there's no opportunity for the system to eat your gear

There gonna have to do something new and different to combat hackers. Its illegal in some countries resulting in big fines or even jail time. Maybe if nikkita actually went after them since it technically is against user agreement which in case is breaking a contract which is penalized

Breaking the user agreement only goes so far as to bar users from the companies software and their services. Hacking in many video games technically scoots under a lot of cyber security laws because all it does is either read the information in your PCs memory or reads the stream on data the server is sending you, it's not actually compromising the companies servers or software
And besides in events where money is on the line, I don't know of any countries that explicitly ban cheating in online videogames via federal laws

bans simply don't work, every method can be dealt with easily. game is mostly client side, which means all the data for the game is on your system, and hacks just have to read it. makes it very difficult for anticheat to work.
can't be changed since that would require fundamental rework

the best thing possible to do is to have a competent reporting system, which is also quite difficult since false positives need to be avoided all the time, and the cost of a hacker not getting banned once is much less than an innocent person getting falsely banned

"ping abuse" is a pretty impossible thing to tell someone is doing, since the nature of netcode and distance make it so peekers advantage always exists. in this case it would be enhanced but its always there. don't just assume people are doing it for no reason
people can ping abuse literally anywhere too, coastal regions have nothing to do with it

i personally don't care about it, playing with high ping sucks in plenty more ways, and gives you a marginal advantage, and a 50/50 chance of being an equal disadvantage. plus lets people play with their friends around the world

hey i just got a new pc and I've been having an issue
everytime im on tarkov one out of the 3 USB devices (headset, keyboard, mouse) i have plugged in (or somtimes all at once) will, for one second not respond so I'll either be stuck running or not able to move my mouse to aim or look around or the audio will cut out each will happen for just a few seconds
any idea why this is happening?

It sounds like they are pulling too much current on the usb chipset while all being used simultaneously. I would look into maybe getting a usb hub, and see if that helps.
If it isn't that then possible a psu issue...or could be a slew of other things, and would get more complicated to diagnose from there.
Make sure it's a powered one, like the anker 7-port w/power adapter.
