Can't kill raiders. Well you can but you lose rep. You can't kill anything without losing rep except another rplayer scav who has already been killing them, but if you're wrong... you lose rep. If you kill a pmc you get nothing positive or negative, but most pmcs are out before scavs come in. Other option is to wait until a player scav actually shoots you before you shoot back.. which means most times you're already dead.
