The dev team is dedicated to fixing bugs and increasing stability, being hostile over some misfortune is useless. Being unable to handle misfortune in a game such as this is a clear indication that it might not be your kind of game, friend.
I've died to terminator scav bullshit, I've lost some of my best stuff to glitches, but I didn't go calling people names over telling me that shit happens in an early access title.
Take a breath, take a break, whatever. Just get yourself recentered and try again. That's what Tarkov is all about, after all.

They said they will be adding new filters, that is an admittance that the current ones aren't good enough so yeah, they were supporting it as a temporary fix
But reshade is essentially a backdoor to allow people to write custom shaders to exploit the game

thatll teach you where to go. for combat learning go offline mode and go to customs and turn the scavs on and learn to aim for the face/head hitbox and how to move as the soldiers here seem to move like robots sometimes

was sketch about how he wiped our squad, went to check his username, found a linked profile, banned on CS:GO and Overwatch for cheating approximately 6 months ago, super unique username so there's no way it was coincidence. Kinda hard to be at Rock Passage on shoreline, doming 2 or 3 people, and then suddenly doming 2 more people on the south side of the Resort, by the Power Station

if you spawn as a player scav, its 100% possible, I've player scav'd in with a PMC literally looking at me from 2 feet away lol
I've also spawned as a first wave player scav, and killed a playerscav that spawned 2nd wave just because I happened to be where he was when he spawned

Nah, unfortunately it doesn't work like that. But what I'm saying is if you are picking to play as a Player Scav, and you are spawning in, there is no telling if you're gonna die when you spawn in or not. Whether it's a PMC or a Player Scav that kills you, spawning in AS a player scav is a crapshoot.
It'll give you some predetermined spawn locations, and drop you in at a random time -- sometimes that random time is unlucky and you've got players moving in that direction within eyesight of that spawn. Having someone blip in quickly is a very easy thing to see and people that are quick on the trigger will make sure you're dead before you move

Also I wish they would think about implementing this game into something like stadia and having stadia only servers - there is absolutely no way to hack a cloud-based game.
I mean you can do small things like image recognition or pixel bots and stuff like that. but it completely eliminates ESP and aimbots which are the real problem.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cloud-based gaming and my stadia works perfect. It's like a 35MBPS requirement for 4K resolution. Which really isn't much..
I'd gladly sacrifice modding and a minor bit of additional latency for completely hacker-free servers.

And honestly I can see most game developers moving to cloud-based gaming in the short future. So many online games get ruined because of people manipulating the game in ways it wasn't intended - primarily due to users having access to the files and memory.. - It will also eliminate a large portion of pirating. Meaning developers can spend all that funding used in developing the anti-cheat, and anti-piracy, to develop a better game - as well as giving all of its players a legitimately fair playing field.

Idk, just as one of those people that believes in archiving games and being able to hold in my and, even on a flash drive or hard drive, the games that I play. This push towards cloud gaming just rubs me the wrong way, especily since it gives a whole lot of power to the services and companies providing the games and takes it away from the consumer.
Power that said companies, not developers, have tried to exploit repeatedly in unsavory ways to squeeze either money or information out of their consumer base.
