in each map their are extraction points if you touble tap " o " on your keybored it will tell you what ones they are

This game tests your limits, Stress and how well you can think in intense situations, Takes time. if your coming from games that never really did that before it will take some time to get used to. Recommended treating the game carefully and aware, this is not cod you dont just run in. You have to process most stuff around you. if your on your own always assume their are more people around when you kill one.

So i have a reshade problem. I have bought the Tarkov today and never installed reshade on it. i go to play and the only mode i can actually run is offline raid. any multiplayer raid just crashes upon lauinch. I watched the guides and tried uninstalling the reshade folders ans well as the dgxi.dll file but its nowhere to be seen. Dose anyone know what could be causing it?

@smoky grotto I'd recommend offline raids. Check out factory offline, it's small and easy to learn, then transition into an online Factory LFG raid group in discord. Usually players will be nice enough to let you join them on a bathroom or forklift run, and from there on it will be easy to learn how to fight scavs and every so often you'll find a lone PMC or 2 fighting your group so you'll get some PVP in as well.

A lot of the issues come from how people present the game.

The issue is, a lot of connection issues are client-side. You taking forever to load in sounds more like something on your end isn't running as intended.
