why is delivery from the past secure folder no complete anymore i got the folder and extracted n now its sayin not completed

You need to extract with the folder then go into a factory raid and place it in the spot before you can turn the quest in. If you die before placing the folder you need to go get a new one.
Factory is overrun with sweats now due to the event so I recomend you go down into the factory voice channels bellow and go in with a 5 man. (factory can only spawn 6 PMC's so a 5 man squad means only a single enemy player)

until BSG addresses the plethora of issues with movement, recoil, and sounds in game, camping will always be the meta. Its all anyone really does now; spawn, find nearest bush/camping location, go prone in it and wait for 30 minutes, kill the first person they see and then rat to extract. Rinse and repeat, yields crappy gameplay but thats the meta and gameplay experince that BSG wants apparently.

people will play the way that want to regardless of all those issues. the biggest issue is that people still walk next to the bushes, be cautious and you wont get camped

People camp everywhere, bushes, high traffic locations, etc. People camp because BSG made it the meta with designing thier own crappy sound system ( sounds worked perfectly fine in 2018 when I first started playing), then they added RNG recoil which further incentivizes being prone or crouched to reduce RNG recoil to where it is manageable, plus they removed pushers advantage by nerfing movement to the point where it is now where you are forced to drop you bag to have any sort of decent movement, but don't worry because that wont matter because your footsteps can be heard from 35-40 meters away anyhow. All these factors among other game design issues have led us to the point where camping is the meta. Now we have 30-40 minute raids of everyone just sitting in camping spots and then in the last ten minutes of the raid the survivors start moving to extract. This yields a vanilla and boring experience imho with over 5k hours on my account.

bc tarkov doesnt rly need a good gpu as long as your cpu is good and your ram is good you should be able to run it pretty well

if you have 8 gigs of ram i would recommend around 16 for tarkov

So I bought ETF like four years ago trynna run it on a 8gb ddr3 'gaming' laptop . Spoiler; Factory was the only stable map with 60 fps and took a seven min wait time for me to load in. The rest of the maps worked offline at like 30 fps with shuttering. Now I actually have a rig that can run this game without eternal torment. But guess what I done forgot, the right power supply (needs 330 watts). Mine was 145watts cause I wasn't paying attention, so when i went to boot the game it turned off my whole PC. I shall now suffer until Monday to get enough power.

for the 5800x3d you def want a better cooler than the stock, a 5600 can almost throttle on the stock cooler
