also its important to remember that this late in wipe your armor at that tier will mainly only protect against scavs and low lvl players. this late in the wipe in my personal play around lvl 40 i only run m62/m61 and BP so it would just go straight through. so tactical game play would be your best bet against people you observe that seem geared.

For sure. it's pretty common that people are on 24/7 painkillers

if you get shot in the leg, you can still run away to safety

if you get shot in the leg without painkillers, well trust me you dont wanna use that painkiller when getting shot at

But it's recommended to use ibuprofen/vaseline/goldenstarbalm if you want to have that painkiller effect for the majority of the raid

the normal painkillers will cost way too much water
