guys what are the best ll4 trader ammos? i currently just go with FMJ SX from mechanic 4 or 7n42 zubilo from prapor 4, so im stuck with smgs. i mean i dont really complain about smgs but whenever i want to run AR i just go to labs with an smg first just so i can get some m855a1's(or buy m856a1 from pk4 but he sells only 90 per restock what a joke)

i currently have access to 5.45 BT with 37 pen. but i already have 7n42 zubilo and FMJ SX so it makes no sense for me to use BT when it has lower pen, every gun using 5.45 is slow(except nl545) i love clearing labs with sr2m and mp7, but when i switch to anything else(except using the meta guns and ammo from the dudes i killed) i just fail.

and yea i dont necessarily need 40+ pen ,most ppl i see have tier 5 or 6, but higher pen means more armor dmg

most headshots register on other areas like ear,jaw,eyes instead of helmet protected areas. and even if they do, most of the time the bullet just pens average tier 4 helmet anyways

but like probably 80% or more of the gunfights in this game end with thorax shots, otherwise high pen ammo would never be used

just be aware: there are some habbits, that u learn in pve and they kill u in pvp
pvp requires a healthy amount of paranoia, in my expirience

The LedX and GPU are typically recommended to be kept unless you REALLY need the money

You'll probably find more by the time you need those items for quest but they are both in the rarest loot pools

Easiest way to learn is with someone that can teach you effectively... YouTube vids and using your scav to learn maps is the way if you're alone

It's like the hardest learning curve game around. Tons of shit to learn and tons and tons of "little things" that players will probably have to show you

It’s normal during the 1st hours in this game. Try and not move around in open areas or stand still too often. Don’t loot a bodies in the open and ALWAYS check your surroundings

It takes time to find safer paths to move around. And even then you’ll meet people

Also try and not run too much when it’s not necessary. It gives away your position if someone is a couple of trees or meters ahead of you

Mp155 with flechette or piranha and the biggest magazine, if you get a good dorms spawn run there and hide on the third floor

Other good areas to hide are in panda

but body shots arent gonna really kill anybody most of the time

since only SP BT and HP BT can onetap thorax and almost no one is wearing body armors that can be pierced by them at this point

and u have only one shot, if u hit thorax u just miss the target, they will run into a safe spot and never peek again

woods usec camp is full of ammo. but i rather just spam labs for good western ammo, i've stacked probably thousands of 50+ pen 5.56 and 7.62x51 from residential unit zone alone(doesnt require a keycard, next to a spawn) and i also almost always check red and violet keycard, red keycard is literally unfair in ammo count, two swipes and u have best ammo for at least 5 raids

however i think i never ever found an eastern type of ammo like 7.62x39 or 9x39(only found one in a dead body with 8 rounds) on labs, so keep that in mind

USEC camp is very random you get tons of 20 bulelts small packs of varied types of ammo. Not easy to get 100 piece packs of 556
