110 and 114 in 2 story, both have a safe and 110 has a gold spawn in the cabinet too (looted a bitcoin from it last week so worth it).
110 is a guaranteed spawn in warehouse 17 (next to crack) iirc so should be dirt cheap, 114 is a quest key so might be more expensive depending on flea.

105 in 2 story also has a safe but its behind the baricade so might not quite be worth the detour

Dying in Tarkov is brutal and 90% of the time happens before you can even react.
However. The high level know by heart where spawns are, where good loot is and can position themselves to catch anyone on the way there.
A good starting tip i still struggle with is not to run everywhere.

But tips? If you wanna put the time into it, go into maps offlinemode with no scavs or bosses and just learn the layout. It's a good starting point. And it'll let you learn extracts and how well diff settings work for your PC
