so if you kill a normal scav at 12.0 scav rep gets set to 6.0, then you lose 0.01 or so

Its fairly accurate to what I would put the scopes in. The only disagreement I have is the Hamr being A tier. It only accepts the DP as a second sight so I would put it in B or C

Also one example I noticed is like you really need to watch the video tbh. For example I tested it like half an hour ago and the difference between HAMR and BRAVO4 is kind of large imo because when using a bolt action, when chambering after each shot the HAMR shakes a lot which makes it very hard to track whatever you are looking at while the BRAVO4 is much easier (imo)

The class listed on teh armor is just the highest class of the plates. So if you put a T6 plate in an armor it'll show T6. Even if the other plate is T4.
