You doubble tap "o" and get a list of extracts, then you have to open up a map of the location youre in for example from the tarkov wiki and figure out where you are and where the extracts you have when doubble tapping "o" are

Some extracts need specific actions performed to use, all the info is on the wiki page of the specific location

I use SPT with the AI turned all the way up in difficulty, they act alot like players jumping and beaming, jumping through windows behind you n that. helps to train without the hassle of rinsing through everything in the stash 🤣. Also helps to aim train, learn the maps/extractions etc
