if you have the quest incomplete and the door is open the watch will be there. It spawns for everyone on the map that have the quest.

the pockewatch in general is now in a very bad part of the map because of the new building. if you do not wish to fight for it, make it safer, you can for example camp in the buildings near and watch through the windows the situation outside.

wait it out then go for it. When i did it a couple of hours ago, i was actually camping dorms from the opposite side to try get aquairus and they pocketwatch key. After i waited fo the gigachads to fight it out, i went it and slowly went from ruaf side to get it. Almost got killed by wild geared scavs too :D.

Any tips when it comes to fighting more than a 1x1? I can handle those well enough, but whenever its a 2+ its a death sentence for me

If you are solo, anything more than two is run away, unless you snipe or something. For most players. The point is to fight them 1v1.

Vs 2, if you down one before they see you thats a 1v1 already.

The biggest benefit a solo has over teams is that 90% of the time the solo will notice a team first. Except for weird crab walker teams (early Ground Zero)

so a buckshot spray can show 1200 armor dmg while no armor has that much hp

the dmg you actually deal to armor is greatly decreased by pen difference, so a 7 pen buckshot need hundreds of shots to a lvl 5 korund

Yeah, scaving Lighthouse was the biggest reason why I was able to get lots of money. Also lots of good ammo, attachments, and plenty of Tier 4/5 armor.

Also build the workbench in the hideout to unlock the edit preset option to see what you can do with a gun. Quite a lot of scopes rrequire a connection piece so don't show up in linked search at first sight.

You don't do any damage with lvl1 trader ammo. Either try to use at least ap6.3 if you like 9mm weapons, or use the AK-S u, with pp, ps, or BT if you can find it. PP and PS are fairly OK for face and head tapping, BT can go through lvl4 chest armor.

Yep, pair a single shot rifle and a 4x pliad with an mp-155 firing flechette and you'll knock it out in a hurry.

This late in the wipe you need to be using 40+ pen ammo. LPS and PS being common choices. There is a workbench 2 craft for LPS

First part to tarkov isn't about scoring fat loot or even being a delta chad, its about surviving. You will die a lot. When you learn the maps you will start to realize the lanes of traffic players go to, how to engage and move forward. You will need to destroy your "Gear Fear" almost every player comes into contact. Never be afraid to use stuff in your stash. Otherwise vendor it and get roubles
