I don’t use postfx in game. I use nvidia control panel. For my monitor I think I’m running 55 brightness, 70-75 contrast, 1.8 gamma, and 100 digital vibrance because gamma washes out the color.

Gamma works better than brightness imo

Gamma+Contrast+Vibrance help a lot without adding that grayish/white tint over everything that happens when you increase brightness. But exact settings are going to be monitor dependent.

This game has as many cheaters as any other game. It's something that plagues PC gaming as a whole.

However, due to how tarkov is, cheaters hurt you a lot more. It's not like valorant where its ggs go next get me out of the lobby. It's a "I'm broke as fuck, finally got a break that would make my life a lot better, bang dead to a cheater" type.

It's certainly not unplayable, but does make PvE a lot more appealing. Especially when you consider how grindy PvP is

i would recommend reserve, they are all in the trainyard side and sometimes 2 groups can merge into 1 big group.

after you kill them, you can then exit easily through no-backpack

how accurate are the streets spawns?
I find smugglers and get keys but neither me or my duo have found a case in either location (once on a dead smuggler in a practice raid). Neither of us even have a single case for our quest

Basically they are somewhere where the wiki says, you might have to wait a little longer for someone to post the picture for the accurate place but theyre 100% spawn rate as far as I know, Ive seen them spawn everytime in abandonned factory at least

You can select servers in the launcher and sort them by ping

I did. but when I start playing wiht other people, ping is going to 260 and I get kicked from the game

If you play with other everyone will be on the same server as the party leader so if you play with european and are for NA youll have bad ping

and the locked cases don't even give you contraband 100% of the time

oepning those shitty packages with hideout is such a pain too

Nothing really just looting and doing my best to exfil. I don't have a hard time killing scavs and players most times I just have problems finding exfils and healing if im shot

you have some tasks to do on ground zero, try and do those first

Learning as much as you can, progession is fine but if youre playing pvp everything will be reset in less than a month, if you have a hard time locating yourself on the maps make sure you look for landmarks

All traders with a green check mark are waiting to give a quest, explore as much as you can, I would say prioritize learning Ground Zero-> Custom/Wood -> Shoreline, these are all the maps with the earlier quests

most of the time yes, seems like the quests fix themselves whenever theres a patch on the launcher, thats how I got my spear 2 weeks after I finished the quest for it.

You don't lose rep for killing the smugglers, but it does make AI scavs aggro

I just hit lvl 15 to unlock flee and I wanna find keycards to run labs consistently, some friends hooked me up with some Loot so I have 10mil rn I need some starterish kits to be able to get me through if I die and where to go to loot to run labs
