oh a practice raid is where you can control some parameters of the game, it's loaded locally on your computer and it doesn't save any progress made in the practice raid nor does it use your supplies

Ya that’s good. Really you just need to learn the maps, then memorize the spawns, then understand how the map flows and where people will be at different times during the raid

Like on woods most spawns there is an optimal direction to run at the start of the raid to not get pinched

@clear blaze you can also use rigs and backpacks to store and organize items, most rigs have more space inside than they take up in your stash so you can make more room essentially. Putting meds in one rig, ammo/mags in another, can help you keep sorted and once youve got them full, you know you can start selling off excess. Or trade out the stuff you have for the better stuff you got and sell the old items(you got a bandage in your rig but you just got out with an army one, better item swap it out and sell the bandage). Doing this greatly helped me keep my stash clean and knowing when to stock up on things and when to sell them

It means reduced experience gain, you get a debuff in raid after getting a bunch of experience in a particular skill (aproximately one stamina bar's worth of sprinting for endurance/str). It resets after five minutes of not getting experience in that particular skill or resetting your raid. (eg drop a heavy bag so that you are underweight and can level endurance again for five minutes, pick bag back up and you're leveling str again).

There is currently a bug that transfers this "leveling exhaustion" over from raid to raid if you go into the hideout in between raids.

Therapist is technically the best for rewards, but takes longer because you need to get stims and 10 Found in Raid Labs keycards. But Jaeger's quest is easier and provides Thermal scopes instead.

If you need Jaeger rep as well, might as go for him. Therapist should have more rep by default due to the amount of quests she has.

You can load it in the gun but it'll jam up and you need to manualy remove the bullet from the chamber to be able to shoot again.

Interchange suffers a lot from this since most people like to lay the mall out horizontally. But idea side is the north side of the map.

Questing is the main way, if you don´t want to pvp. And thats allright, expirienced players focus always on nothing else then questing

From lv 10 to 15 its 100k EXP. Without quest its pretty hard to do. I can only recommend to play in a duo/trio 🙂

Every map has sorta a safe path. This is an example for woods:
