You have to fire it past the time it states "Signal Flare Area". Fire it up in the air - wait 3-5 seconds - then go and lie down next to the broken tram or the blue one further down.

Theirs a Sniper at the end - if their agro'd it'll 2 tap you.

Open the stats tab and you can see how each component affects what stat.
You'll want to keep an eye on recoil control, ergonomics (how fast you can aim down sight and such) and to a lesser degree weight.
Usualy sight of choice and a supressor will do the trick just fine but each weapon has it's own modding so it's just down to practice to get good at it.

they are intended to be disposable, so you can't fix the damage

you have to instead replace them

it's also entirely a visual thing on your vision, the crack won't show up the same on the physical model

Quick note. Heard the bastion is amongst the best helmets. I assume theirs a front visor for those as well.

there is no faceshield for the bastion helmet, what makes it juiced is it has a plate that covers literally the entire helmet hitboxes with another layer of lvl 6 armor

so it's basically a lvl 6 helmet you can use headphones with

yeah, some icons you might not know that are shown on wiki

and it'll take ages for you to remember them

stomach, thorax and head is annoying to get blacked out. stomach cuz u need to fix it fast, otherwise your character will constantly cough (unless on painkillers) and hydration and energy levels will go down fast and unless u have any food and water with you/found in raid - well, fix it fast. thorax and head cannot be fixed with cms or surv kit, and when thorax is blacked out - your character will constantly cough (unless on painkillers) and you're gonna be an easy target to kill because of big hitbox

There's a tickbox on that page which is to enable offline mode. It puts you into a raid with no other players, only AI (which you can even turn off) But you can't progress any quests in there, and you don't keep any loot in that run

Always wait a few seconds before looting a scav, especially if you saw them prep a grenade

It could have been just at the start of the animation, considering it took like a few seconds. Hard to tell cause its so dark. But thats a common bug. Just dont rush fresh scav kills as a rule of thumb

Dont kill any of them. As a rule, its best to only shoot if you are shot at as a scav, or if you are 100% sure you see a PMC.

If you cannot play streets, you cannot complete any quest that requires you to survive map to map travel. You can try running in windowed, streets low res mode, or lowerinf your resolution.

Initially I created a character in arena, played on it, created a character in eft, returned to arena, raised there to level 10, but in eft remained level 2.

No it goes to your quest item inventory, a special inventory that doesnt appear on your character's gear

If you extract with it, go to your "Tasks" tab in the menu, and you will see your quest inventory. Move the item into your Quest item stash so it does not stay on your character

Its a little confusing, but makes sense when you see it

Just time in game. Tactical backpacks, gear, camo patterns are giveaways for PMCd. It can be really tough, especially at a distance. Loot/spend time near AI scavs, theyre like watch dogs and will alert on PMCs

Good advice ontop of that is to not put on good gear you find as a scav, it may spook other player scavs and cause them to shoot first and ask later.

Also, I forgot the ultimate test. If you hear someone in the other room and cant tell if they're a scav, press F1 to perform a scav voice line. Typical scav ettiquette is to voiceline back. If they dont, they may not be a scav.
