I'd def recommend hopping in an offline factory with enemies on high or horde just to get used to shooting, moving, and looting. You'll run out of ammo so you'll have to loot bodies and keep going. It's def a good experience for fresh players imo.

You don't lose or gain anything in offline raids. It's local. Just you and AI. Die to your heart's content and you'll still have everything
