I cant count how many times i even stopped myself thinking i heard something, but it was just the games bad audio. wasted probably a couple hours in total waiting for something to move once i heard the phantom audio

buckshot is still good, just go for legs if they are geared or 6.5mm buckshot does 35dmg per pellet, that's an instant kill if one pellet hits their head and they don't have a face shield, that's from lvl 1 jaeger

tarkov shotguns actually work pretty well at medium distances, unlike traditional FPS shotguns. they can be effective to around 20-30m even with buckshot

the flechette ammo Kyle spoke about isn't good at long range either, that's just the best option we have with low lvl traders, flechette can pen armour more while buckshot is only good against flesh

There’s a hole in the wall under the tent overhang but of course you’d have to not get shot. Go during the day and everyone in there will likely be dead, the players probably won’t loot anything inside that building except maybe loose loot on the shelves

You should really start trying to play more slowly and methodically. Also, have a plan when you go into raid... Im going to this map, for this quest item, and get a couple headshots... Go in and do exactly that, dont waste time meandering and walking around...

drop the shells, run the rest of the raid underweight

and by the time you end you'll be overweight leveling it again

what’s difference between trader rep and level

rep is usually gained through quests, and is directly correlated to loyalty level. there are rep requirements to hit the next level and a few others as well. you can see other reqs at the top right of any trader tab.

also, fence rep is based off of how you play scav. being a good scav and not killing other scavs while also extracting boosts your rep, although it is slow.

killing other scavs leads to poor rep and being negative rep = shoot on sight for any other scav. if another player scav shoots you first, I believe you can kill him and even gain rep in the process.

Ok, to use normal extracts together as pmc you can be in a team or just meet a random other pmc, as long as both of you have that extract on your list you can use it together. Same goes for scav, if you find another playerscav or are in a team with your friends as long as you have the same extract on your extract lists you can go out together. Things get tricky when we talk about extracting as pmc with a playerscav you met or vice versa. To extract together in that case there are dedicated exits that can only be used when paired up as scav/pmc on streets, woods, reserve, interchange, and lighthouse. If you use those you get some items from fence as a reward and a boost in scav karma for both players
