havnet seen that exact issue yet, but a few "found in raid" quest items dont update until a few minutes later. So it might just spike up after a couple raids. Counting them but not registering right away for whatever reason

I recommend getting out of that raid. Restarting the game and BSG launcher. If that doesnt fix it, just play a couple more raids on random stuff and check back.

If you just did this raid, then it was due to the patch which just completed I believe, you should have an update if you close to game and go back to the launcher, and when they patch it will shorten all ongoing raids to 10~ minutes.

u can try using buckshot and aiming at the head and hoping a pellet hits
