Scav is low risk high reward. You get a random loadout but you spawn in later into the raid typically after PMC's spawn in. As a PMC you get to spawn in at the beginning of the raid with whatever you bring in but if you die you lose everything you brought in

So, I have a bit of a trouble with the game. It's about fps, and it's about lighthouse and shoreline mainly.
Config :
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (12GB)
CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-core 3.40 GHz (12 CPUs)
RAM : 32 GB 3200MHZ DDR4 (Vengeance lpx corsair)
On lighthouse I am at 50 fps 52 fps max. I just did a game as a scav and for no reason whatsoever i was at 30 fps and even less. Also, I did everything I could do to try and raise my fps to at least 60. Tweaking every video setting. Putting them on low, high, medium, trying a mix of the tow. And nothing almost changed. But at the same time, on woods, I can get somewhere near 80 fps. Customs and interchange are running at a great fps as well.
And when I say everything, I even tweaked the nvidia control panel settings but reset them to default after a while not comfortable enough. I just let the power management mode on maximal.

its saying that my cpu will run at 100% and gpu at only 70%, which is false as when Im playing games my gpu is usually utilized about 90-100% and cpu 60-70%
it really depends on game, settings, resolution and a lot more, you cant just enter data into a site and except perfect accuracy
download userbenchmark test and run it, then you can see actual data and compare it to others with the same components
then you know if something is underperforming or not

lets say your gpu says 130%, then the average bench for your gpu is +/- 5 then that means its performing as it should
if you have way lower its not performing as it should and is most likely getting bottle necked, or just low clock speeds
