typically if you get the good dorms spawn PMCs will arrive 3 minutes after you, your best bet in dorms is to do whatever task you need to then prone in a room with the door closed and magdump through the door as they walk by
sit in the empty room at end of 3rd story, for example, nobody ever looks in there because there's nothing at all in that room

anyone knows why can i never see IR searchlights, i tested multiple IR accesories (yes i do ctrl+t thu the modes) and i never ever see any red glow. I tried playing around with PostFX and nvidia settings and i never see it, i can see regular flaslights, lasers and what not but never the ir searchlight, whats the deal with that
