9x19 underperforms quite severely compared to other calibers, the good ammo is locked. But the whole advantage of the caliber is that it has almost no recoil, and so you can pull of headshots fairly easily using basic PST ammo.

Woods is great for loot. Factory is great for speed. Reserve is great for loot and speed. Reserve is small and you can get out really fast, but also has loads of loot if your scav isn't good

The game is playable. They want things to feel rewarding, and artificial scarcity is one way. It’s far from well tuned atm but I think bosses should be somewhat rare.

Yeah, this time was extreme, I waited most times, power station and other players all scavs where already dead, even scav island. And the map is fairly new to me. Just happy that is did the most difficult part done without dying. But now I will try again, because with that speed it will take me all week to kill the 15 scavs 🙂

Is there any technical people around? I can't get 60+ fps consistently and inside it's generally about 45-50 consistently and outside it varies. The only map I don't have an issue on is Factory, my pcs specs are above the recommended with the exception of my cpu, which is just about on the recommended line. Medcamp and USEC camp on Woods are certainly where I'd go. I'd be surprised if there were none 3 times in a row, you might be missing the spawns. Make sure you're checking inside the shipping containers on Sawmill side of Medcamp.

For these, because nobody but you knows where you're at in terms of quests or hideout, or what barters/crafts you're trying to save for, you have 2 options. It's otherwise impossible to know, without significant experience or asking other people every time, what you'll need anytime soon, or what sells for substantial money to other players.
Option 1) Check everything using https://tarkov-market.com/ and the info it provides for quest/hideout/barter/crafting requirements and for flea prices. Then you can decide what things you'll need soon enough, and which items sell for enough, to hold onto. This is quicker in the long run and more profitable, but is tedious.
Option 2) Set a particular goal - maybe two or three hideout upgrades you want and get your list of like 5-10 items together. Sell everything else. This is the most "to hell with inventory management" approach, and you'll certainly sell things that you'll need again or could have sold for more, but you'll spend much more of your time in-raid.
